Little House By the Lake

(SMOKE FREE PROPERTY)This is our happy place and we hope you will love it, too! Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. Not too far to FIFA WC matches (2:15 to AT&T and 3:00 to NRG).

Along with relaxing with nature and enjoying the family farm of goats, chickens and our donkey Biscuit.

Guesthouse

Cozy little guesthouse in the heart of the Pineywoods. Close to the Footbridge, and Texas State Railroad. Its in town but it doesnt feel like it. It has a bathroom with a shower. It has Plates, cups, mugs, and wine glasses. A Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. One queen bed and a twin daybed. Extra bedding and towels provided along with a heater and ac unit. The queen bed is soft and very comfortable.

Located 8 minutes south of Troup, 10-15 minutes from Bullard, Whitehouse and Jacksonville. This house sits on 25 acres of land and has recently undergone a remodel. Gated driveway, with large pond out front. New furniture, bedding, linens, and kitchen. Dining table can be turned into a pool table or ping pong table for entertainment.
