The house exceeded our expectations! Our family ranged in ages 3 to 87, and the layout of the house was perfect and offered something for everyone. The bedding was terrific and kitchen very well stocked and all the linens/towels we needed. There were wonderful Thanksgiving memories made here thank you for hosting your home for our holiday. I would highly recommend this home for a large group, just beautiful inside and out...

Our family has been coming to Bear Paw for the last 20 years for our family reunion. This was our first time in this cabin, and it didn't disappoint. Plenty of space, and our children truly enjoyed the game room and well stocked board games. We ended up meeting the neighbors when enjoying the lake and they were so wonderful as well.

Overall this was a very nice lake house! Jessica was an amazing host, and the house and property were as described. Scenery is very beautiful. Kids loved the kayaks and canoe. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay over Thanksgiving with our kids and grandkids. The house was comfortable with plenty of room and fantastic views of the lake below and the mountains that surrounded us. Easy to get into Murphy for shopping and restaurants. We loved the Chop House!! We will book this house again!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect – the location, view, and amenities exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing all the little things travelers often forget, and even left us some cookies! We truly appreciated all the attention to detail and felt right at home. We really enjoyed our week long stay I. Murphy! Marvin, our host and relative of Frank’s, was extremely responsive and helpful. I was a little nervous driving up the mountain to the cabin the first day we arrived but our Toyota Sienna handled it just fine and by day three it was no big deal. It’s winding, skinny, and steep but paved. The cabin views are absolutely unmatched and the location is amazing. Downtown Murphy is quaint and not overrun by tourists (we visited Ellijay, Bryson city, and Blue Ridge during our stay and Murphy was my favorite). The Cabin was clean and as described. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and I brought a lot from home but really didn’t need to- we cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and I found most everything I needed. I appreciated Marvin’s helpfulness when we couldn’t get the fire place to light on our super cold day (we did eventually get it!). Also cabin location was great for day trips to Bryson city, Ellijay etc. Highly recommend!!

It is a beautiful location and even bigger than expected. We had an issue come up and Audrey was quick to respond. I would stay again for sure!!

This place was a GEM! The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the mountains are incredible! If you want a peaceful, quiet getaway I recommend Heavenly Vista. Harry was always responsive, polite and very professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Joanie's cabin is everything she described it to be. It is a quick jaunt up the hill from the main highway, but within minutes you feel like you have left the hustle and bustle. The home is nestled in a bed of trees, blocking you from surrounding homes. When perched on the back porch and gazing at the gorgeously breathtaking landscape (literally our most favorite spot!)...you see nothing but rolling hills and valleys. So tranquil and inspiring. A sanctuary for the heart, mind and soul. Truly, if you are seeking a place to step away from the noise and recollect yourself, this is the haven for you. My husband and I, having both lost our mothers in the same year, needed a retreat where work, chores, and the noise of day-to-day needs and activities were a distant thought. This was perfect for our needs. And Joanie is so kind, considerate and responsive to her guests. We will definitely consider returning for another retreat!

We had such a wonderful time at Todd’s place – it was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. The house was spacious, beautifully placed everything, cleaned, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking meals together, and the outdoor balcony with that stunning view was the highlight of our trip – perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Todd was an incredible host, always quick to respond to our questions and offering great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth. We truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and hospitality. We will again plan our next visit tot his house– thank you, Todd, for making our stay so memorable!

The cabin was a nice place for a staycation. Plenty to do while on the ranch. Grill, games, cooking utensils,& spices. Pet friendly and very private. Bring groceries and fill up before you check in because it’s far away from town.

The cabin was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for clean and peaceful definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a big cabin in a nice location with good driveway and parking area for motorcycles

Beautiful views! Stunning sunrises over the mountains from the welcoming & relaxing porch. Unbelievably gorgeous. Pretty sunsets visible from the gazebo & fire pit area. We appreciated the very comfortable bed. We were well-rested for all our vacation adventures.

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. It was squeaky clean with modern decor, nothing outdated. The location was perfect, in such a beautiful valley. The host was always quick to respond and very kind. We look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful home! My family was looking for a large home so that we could do an early Thanksgiving that could accommodate our large party, and this fit the bill. Quiet, secluded, and ample space for our family. Grocery store nearby for easy trips to the store. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend a nice family get together here!

Well paved road to this home only a mile off main road, 3 story modern house with all the personal touches, has fantastic views from every window and numerous decks. The hot tub and fire pit are a nice bonus. Around a five minute drive to a quaint little town (Andrews) with great breakfast restaurant, (Morning Fog) and Pizza craft beer cafe (Hoppy Trout), you can't go wrong with this rental.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Charlene's house! We loved the views at the top of a mountain. It was peaceful with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space while also providing amazing gathering spots around the property. We would definitely recommend Charlene's house!

Isabella is a great host every time I messaged her she got right back to me no matter what time of the day or night. Beautiful house, beautiful scenery when we needed to get out of our long-term agreement because we bought a house she did not hesitate to let us out of it. She is a great host.
