A cozy, comfortable two-level loft studio is situated on the 4th floor of a historic building that was built in 1917, that is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House and Khreshchatyk Street. “University” metro station is nearby within a 5-minute walk. This flat is a part of a small apart-hotel for 6 rooms. There is fold-out sofa inside and high-quality mattress for 2 beds on the mezzanine. The studio has its own small kitchen and its own bathroom with everything you need.

The studio is located in the city center, in a very quiet neighbourhood. It's a perfect place for solo-guests and couples. Restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, groceries, shopping malls are in 5 min walking distance. All three main metro lines are within max 15 min walking distance. The apartment is freshly renovated and has all the essential facilities. The interior has a vivid artistic vibe. You will feel cosy and inspired!

This modern apartment is made with quality materials and thought through with every detail. Located among lavish green trees, on a hill, secluded from the buzz of the city. The building is reachable only via a long set of stairs or by car. Fully suits 2 adults and up to 2 kids (or 1 adult) on a large transformable sofa. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
