Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle + lots more. In the living room there’s a comfortable sectional sofa with coffee table, wifi and smart TV with preloaded apps and cable channels. Enjoy the outdoor Palapa and BBQ pit for those special events. At the back of the cabin there’s an amazing outdoor hot water shower.

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.
