Nice place and community

lovely place! I am definitely going back!

Positives: I stayed at Raj's place with family from 1st to 4th April 25. The place was really amazing. The location was excellent and absolutely very easy to find. Its located just 10-20 meters off Adyar main road. Very neat and clean. Bathrooms were squeaky clean so was the bed sheets and towels. All air conditioners were working perfectly well. Covered car park at such a location was a big boon. Wide range of eateries both Indian & international cuisine are available within walking distance. Provision & medical store within walking distance. Negative: The air conditioners were not provided with a remote control. The temperature was set and we could not control the temperature. At nights it became very cold and we had to switch off the ac and then switch it on after some time when it became warm. This was a bit disturbing. Other than this every thing was excellent and would very highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quite place in the heart of Chennai city.

It is Great place to stay it, peaceful and very clean. Easy to find and beach is nearby

The property is exactly as listed. Property is in quite and peaceful community. Gayathri is very responsive and friendly. She helped us with smooth checkin late in the evening within just 15 mins. Property is maintained very clean and equipped with all basic needs needed for a family stay. We had a very pleasant stay in the property.

Very nice place to stay and chill

I arrived early, before the official check-in time, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Though I had to pay for early check-in, it was clearly communicated, and there were no issues. The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful, ensuring my kids and my mother were settled comfortably. My children had come here to write their A-level exams, and this place provided the quiet and peace they were seeking. There was no intrusion or disturbance, allowing them to focus and prepare. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free experience, thanks to the supportive and professional staff.

The stay was exactly as described, host was very responsive and the family is friendly. We loved the place, it was spacious as well. Toiletries were expired, but we just used our own. The only con was reaching the place at night time was a bit sketchy as the way to enter is pitch dark, which we understand is out of the host's control.

There are too many good things to say about Raj’s place! First of all he, as a person is very kind and communicative and looking for problem solving all the time. The place is exactly what you need if you’re looking for a HOME! Naresh’s food is gorgeous and you should try it for sure! Neighbourhood is very quite (which is extremely rare in India). They have 4 dogs and 1 cat which stay mostly in the house and they are very cute! You’ll find here a clean room, good food and a warm house.
