Welcome to the Gradlhof! Our farm is situated in Reichenau (close to Waidhaus), right on the czech border. The farm is on the edge of the village and offers lovely views of the Bohemian Forests. The Gradlhof is an ideal location for holidaymakers, travellers, persons looking for quiet, dog owners and poker players alike. Vast medows and forests are beckoning to be explored. For further recreation you can relax in our rambling garden. See you soon!

The apartment "Olga" is located 5 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet street. The apartment (56 m² in total) is located in a newly built, modern apartment building (12 parties) and consists of two separate rooms, the living room (studio) and the bedroom. Apartmá Olga has a balcony overlooking the Elstergebirge Mountains. The apartment is located on the third floor, the house has (as the only private house in Franzensbad) a lift.

Also welcome for tradesmen or fitters. Bed linen and towels are included per guest. For groups of 5 or more, 2 must sleep on the sofa bed.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt absolut ruhig, in nur wenigen Schritten ist man in der Natur. Sie ist optimal geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 2-3 Kinder. Der große Garten mit einem Bach ist ideal für Kinder. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Loipen und das Biathlon Stadion mit Skiroller Bahn und Skilift, Schlittenhang, MTB Trails und Wanderwege. Am Fichtelsee ist man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten. Ein Haus mit Geschichte - 1860 errichtet als Königliches Forstamtsgebäude Mähring wurde es in mehreren tausend Arbeitsstunden gefühlvoll restauriert. Genießen Sie die herrlich idyllische Gegend als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Marienbad, Karlsbad, Eger, Waldsassen und vielen weitern attraktiven Zielen in der Gegend. Wir freuen uns diesen Teil der Welt mit ihnen zu teilen.

Prostorný a plně vybaveny byt 1+1 v centru Karlových Varů. Být se nachází ve 4. patře historické budovy takže zde není výtah. V blízkosti se nachází muzeum Becher, Léčivé prameny, Lázeňské domy, velké množství resturací a obchodů. Možnosti cenově dostupného parkování jsou Cca 5-7 minut chůze od apartmánu. Autobusové a vlakové nádraží 5 minut od apartmánu.
