Luxe Farmhouse Retreat with Incredible Views

*This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home that sleeps 12 is the perfect destination for your relaxing getaway. Children are welcome, but no pets of any kind allowed on the property. *King Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet, private bathroom with soaker tub, shower and double vanities *Queen Bedroom: 1 queen bed, flat screen television, hall bath with tub and shower *Double Bedroom: 2 full-size beds, hall bath with tub and shower *Bunk Room: 4 twin beds, private bathroom with tiled shower *Open kitchen and living area with bar seating and flat screen television, kitchen table seating for 6. Cable television, dvd player and wifi available *Dining room with seating for 8 and outdoor dining area with seating for 8 *Kitchen equipped with microwave, double ovens, cooktop, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, mixer, blender, crock pot, and griddle. Gas grill is available on the deck and a Culligan drinking water system is installed. *Laundry room available with washer and dryer. Linens and towels provided. *Outdoor swimming pool available May-September. *Deck with multiple seating areas and umbrellas *Basketball, Corn Hole, Frisbie Golf, Ladder Ball *Farm Golf! Hitting mat and range balls to practice your skills Guests have full access to the home and the walking trails from the property. There's also great access to the Harpeth River through the Narrows of the Harpeth State Park just a mile down the road. You will experience woods, fields, hills and valleys at this unique destination! Prior to your stay we'll determine together the level of interaction based on the needs of your family. You will also be provided with a phone number where we can be reached during the day and evening for any questions or issues you may have. The Narrows of the Harpeth is a beautiful area in Kingston Springs. There's access to the Harpeth River through the Narrows of Harpeth State Park just a mile down the road. AdventureWorks Zip Line is also located next to the property. Hiking and fishing adventures are all within walking distance. Car services do not travel to our area. Once you're here you won't want to leave! And to be honest, this would be an expensive Uber ride to/from Nashville. Get away from the city with us, and enjoy the chance to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of downtown. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. The amount is NOT applied toward rent. This simple but elegant apartment will give you the peaceful retreat that you are looking for whether you are here to enjoy Nashville and its surroundings or if you are here for business. Wooded Get-away in West Nashville

My home is located on four forested acres in West Nashville. It is 15 minutes to downtown, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities; 5 minutes to the Warren Parks, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Belle Meade Plantation; 5 minutes to I-40; great views, restaurants and dining! You’ll love my place because of the park-like setting, convenient location, and a great neighborhood for walking/jogging. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Enjoy the incredible view from the back porch, Gig-speed internet, an 85” TV, and Casper Mattresses to rest your head. There’s even EV charging! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space situated directly on the Cumberland river. This exquisitely designed and remodeled home offers sophistication and elegance while providing the ability to relax and unwind from the bustling city. Plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy some quality time together. Located close enough to Nashville that you can still enjoy a night out in the city or stay local and enjoy dinner at the marina or drinks at the local brewery.

King Bed, Cabin in Woods with Spring-fed Stream

This cozy little cabin nestled in the trees is located in a rural neighborhood and sits 150ft away from the street. The cabin sits on 3+acres. Enjoy a short hike to the spring-fed stream on the property. 35 minutes to downtown Nashville. Cal-King Premium Nectar Mattress, and 2 full sized floor mattresses. Enjoy nature as you sit around the fire pit or play horseshoes, creating a relaxing getaway with the beauty Tennessee has to offer! Dogs are welcome (50lb limit, max of 2).

A unique place located minutes from the "Narrows of the Harpeth" State Park. Canoeing, kayaking, hiking. and zip lining all just less than one mile away. If you need more space, check out the "Nest". Just steps away from the "River Roost", a separate private entrance offers a comfy couples space. See our separate listing. Cozy House in the Woods - 25 min from downtown

Serene hilltop hideaway conveniently located within 25 minutes of downtown Nashville and all the urban happenings! Built in 2020 this 1,300 square foot home is on 1.5 acres of a beautiful deep wooded lot. Open spacious combination great room with vaulted ceilings. Covered front porch as well as a treetop deck out back for sunset and sunrise celebrations! Wonderfully private and quiet while just 15 minutes to I-40. We would love to have you come and visit!

Spacious and cozy 3bd, 2bath home with easy access to Nashville or Clarksville. Peaceful back patio overlooking 2 ponds, a large fenced yard & games for loads of family fun. There are parks, trails, golfing, kayaking & canoeing nearby. Perfect for families & vacationing couples. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Home includes a gas grill, coffee pot, Keurig, washer/dryer, a limited supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies & special touches to feel just like home.
