Relax with the whole family at this peaceful hilltop hideaway. As soon as you step in the door the cheerful living room invites you to sit back and relax. The main level of the house is the primary living space with the open floor plan in the kitchen, living and dining rooms encourages to relax and socialize together. The fully fenced backyard is an excellent space for children and pets to run and play, the cozy fire pit nestled into the woods is situated with a great view of the entire yard.

The Kit House is a perfect place for a weekend with friends or family! An open floor plan and a full kitchen makes the downstairs ideal for gathering. This early 1900s Sears Roebuck home has been fully renovated to include updated amenities while keeping some vintage charm. Walking distance to Davis classics such as The Billy, Sirianni's, Stumptown and Hellbenders and a short drive to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley attractions. We are also only 2.5 miles from the cute strip of Thomas, WV!
