The historic Waldo Covered Bridge is just below the cabin spanning the creek. Prospectors pan for gold in the creek. The farm is 20 acres of trees and wildflowers surrounded by the Talladega National Forest. Mt. Cheaha, the highest point in AL is just up the road. Pinhoti Trail is 2 miles away. Chief Ladiga biking trail is nearby.

Our cabin is tucked away on a private road bordering the Chief Ladiga bike path, Big & Little Terrapin creek. It borders the Talladega National Forest and is walking distance to the Pinhoti hiking trail. We have private hiking trails on the property. The twin beds are in the low ceiling loft of the cabin and we have a couch in the living room. We have a hiking path that takes you up to an overlook with a swing Our property is on both sides of the bike path at mile marker 9 on the Chief Ladiga

It is between Atlanta Ga. & Birmingham Al. about 45 min. from the tallest mountain in the southeast and Talladega Racetrack in the heart of Dixie. The cabin is fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans. If you like to cook outdoors there are two one charcoal & one gas grill available for you.
