Enjoy our newly remodeled home’s open floor plan, privacy-fenced back yard, covered porch, patio, private parking, and all its modern amenities. Take advantage of convenient access to the Greenway, or settle in for a movie on one of 3 HD smart TVs. You can stream your favorite movies while cooking dinner in our well-appointed kitchen, or take advantage of close proximity to Charlotte’s best Vietnamese restaurant, Lang Van. Easy check-in using the keypad. Available by phone, text, email, or Ring doorbell. Check the host's book for recommendations of places to eat, with plenty to choose from in NoDa and Plaza-Midwood, each about 3 miles away. See shows and sports events at Ovens Auditorium and Bojangles Coliseum, with uptown an easy 5-mile commute.

Villa Heights Hideaway

Our studio guest house is located in Villa Heights, between the Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, which offer plenty of good food, breweries, and music. *This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Our property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.
