Very beautiful location and a very short drive from downtown Charlevoix. It took a few minutes of walking to get from Cabin 1 to the main cabin where we could charge our devices and use the bathroom, which we didn't mind too much since it was a short stay. If you'd enjoy a camping-like experience with a comfy bed and no bugs, this is a great place to stay! Carl was also super helpful and responsive :)

Loved Diane’s cabin, it was just what we needed for some R&R! Loved being near the water and in such peaceful surroundings. The cabin was very clean and well taken care of!

A beautiful property. As described, so be aware there is no electricity or water in the cabin. Waking up here is about as peaceful and serene as it gets. Close to downtown Charlevoix. The bathroom/kitchen facility was nice and will take care of your needs.

We couldn’t have asked for better weather which made our time there so much fun!! Lauren was so nice and informative when we arrived, we felt at home. The views were amazing. Coffee and bagels brought to us in the morning! It was so perfect!!! It makes you feel like you’re in a whole different world. We will definitely be back!

Linda’s place was absolutely wonderful. We stayed at the end of the season and Charlevoix was beautiful.

Marty is such a great guy! Made us feel right at home. Had an Anniversary’s card and brownies waiting for us. A welcome basket full of snacks. Thank you Marty for being a great guy!

Our stay at Evergreen Cozy Cottage was simply delightful. The cottage was charming, cozy, clean, and as described in the info. Taylor and Sarah are excellent hosts who put much thought into their guests stay from great recommendations, accommodations, down to a little welcome note with delicious chocolate from a local shop (which we visited to make some purchases). I will always recommend a stay here and already can’t wait to return!

Had a great stay here while stargazing in the UP with my friends. This place was exactly what we were looking for and comfortably fit all of us for the weekend. We had a great time sitting around the fire and enjoying the peace and quiet, and the ice cream at the nearby general store was incredible! Only thing I will mention is that it was a little hard to spot the turn into the place initially, as the cabin is off a dirt road through the trees that is easy to miss if you don’t know where it is.

A tucked away gem! This tiny home was exactly as described and was super cozy. The wooded views with fall colors were spectacular and the loft space was our son’s favorite! Everything was as described and we really enjoyed our little weekend family getaway. If we are ever looking to stay in the area again this will definitely be our first choice!

The space was clean and very comfortable - just what we were looking for for a peaceful getaway. Great location where we could go into town or spend time in remote places - tons of nature preserves! Only 4/5 is the expectation in description which was we weren’t told the wood burning stove was not working until just hours before our arrival - it was one of the main attractions of the space for us! Heat was still provided and the hosts were apologetic but we were still bummed to miss this feature. Would stay again!

This place really did feel like a Hideaway! It was very comfortable and cozy - the gas fireplace was a wonderful stand out feature! Everything was as listed, no surprises, and had a wonderful vibe. The location was the perfect mix of a quiet private drive and being close to restaurants and shopping in Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We just had a fantastic weekend stay here!

We stayed for a family ski trip at John and Melanie‘s super cute cottage and had a wonderful time! We cooked some meals in the updated kitchen, watched a movie after dinner and headed out to Nubs Nob in the morning for skiing which is super close. Highly recommended!

The Cozy Cabin was the perfect cozy cabin in the woods in the heart of Northern Michigan. Pam is thoughtful, generous, and a perfect host.

Nice way to disconnect, and feel like camping. Was not in town but close enough to where things were still easy to get, stayed here to go to Tunnel of Trees, Boyne Mountain and Sleeping Bear. Hosts were nice & we had no issues!

Great place to stay for a long weekend for winter activities!! The place was very clean and modern looking. Loved the decor!! Would stay here again for future trips or at any of the Boyneland rentals!

The setting is so idyllic and peaceful! The cabin is clean, well maintained and a fun place to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay there again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. One of the cleanest and well kept rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Attention to design and detail was appreciated. Kyle was very responsive to our messages when we needed help. Seemed that since we visited off season, less activity around town, but still enjoyed our time. Wish we had realized the State Park was closed still from the ice storm. It was disappointing, but we took a lot of Kyle’s recommendations in his guidebook at the cabin for local spots to hike and walk with our dog. Wish we had been able to try more restaurants, many sounded delicious. Our first visit to northern Michigan, Petoskey must be a busy place in the summer! Would suggest if you visit during less busy months to research ahead and see what is going on and open around town so you know what to expect.

Very nice for a short stay for a ski day at one of the local resorts. Felt like staying in a small studio apartment, but that was pretty much as expected based on the description. Perfect for our needs and would stay again!
