1850s School House

This house was a one room school house in the 1850s that served local children. In the 1980s my grandmother converted the space into an art studio where she could create in private. I spent many summers here painting with my grandmother. Chester springs in a paradise just outside phoenixville, west chester, valley forge, and 50 minutes from Philadelphia. This property does NOT have a television.
