Jason's Airbnb was a fantastic, clean, fully equipped and quiet space to stay. No issues at all during the stay, had my code to get in before I arrived and checkout was smooth ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We always love staying at ATOP THE SHOP when we come to town for a tumbling competition! Perfect location, great price and feels like home!

Victoria was quick to reply. We were in town for a wedding and were able to check in early to get ready before the event. Looks just like the pictures and has a place to park your car not on the street which is nice.

Enjoyed my stay. The home is spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable and close to restaurants and stores. Kelly and Luis are great hosts.

We needed it just overnight traveling through. Nice and spacious. Our needs were taken care of! A quaint little place being a former store. But it was well fixed up and furnished.

Walkable to restaurants and downtown. Very convenient for my work. Will book again when in the area.

We stayed for 2 nights for a quick fishing trip with our son. We checked in later in the evening, but everything was easy to figure out. The home is a vintage original building from the old times but the location was great for us neat the lake. The beds were very comfy and the decor was nice. It's like an apartment space in an old building/home. It's cute and in a vintage part of town, it definitely suited our needs and that we would stay there again if we were in that area.

Such a well-kept home in a great location. There was plenty of room and was perfect for our family. The extra thought put in the items provided for guests was appreciated.

Penny had things ready for us when we got there. It was very clean and open and peaceful. Her clean up instructions were clear. Any communication she made was clear and concise.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Photos do not do this place justice its absolutely beautiful. Additionally, this was a fully stocked kitchen trashbags, paper towels and coffee it was so nice not having to run to the store immediately. The layout is awesome and the lake view is gorgeous. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend.

This place met our needs for a family get together in Arthur. The location was perfect for us and the host was responsive and easy to reach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street and we felt perfectly safe. The place is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

As always, house was clean, comfy and cozy. We have stayed here 2 times and 1 of their other listings also, and have not been disappointed. Always clean, clear instructions on how to clean before leaving and how to use specific items. Breakfast items are always available plus some teas and coffees, spices. We love it.

I have stayed here several times. Anytime I am staying in Decatur, Penny's listing is always my first choice. This is a perfect location in Decatur - within 10 minutes of downtown, shopping, parks, Millikin University. Perfect place to stay solo or with family/friends. Beds are comfortable, the home is spotless, beautiful large front window and a comfortable back yard retreat.

Great place. Clean and had everything I needed. I stayed there 3 weeks and it was very comfortable. Everything is close by the Airbnb. Park is in walking distance. Would stay again.
