Welcome to the cutest little house ever! Our goal is to make you as comfortable as we can, yet we promise not to bother you during your stay. Your pups are welcome. There is a small pet fee and we ask, "Please include pets in your reservation." This is a very quiet neighborhood where you may want to go for a walk, visit the park or even better, check out the many exciting happenings going on all around you! Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park.

Only 20 minutes from downtown Houston, this is the perfect place to spend a relaxing time in a very calm environment. This listing is for a cabin studio suite designed for a maximum of two guests, located within the fully gated RV community. It includes full access and use of the gazebo, WiFi, fishing pier, boat launch, and picnic area. Perfect for getting away from city life to relax.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. *No unauthorized parties. Evidence of an unauthorized gathering beyond guest limit (7) will result in immediate cancellation of remaining stay without refund of cancelled days. *No smoking inside of house. Any cigarette butts found on the property will result in a $200 fine PER cigarette. *Although we welcome pets (2 dogs max) we require a $125 pet fee per stay. This will ensure our property is sufficiently cleaned for the next guests.

Our little Casita (built in 1929 & a work in restoration progress) is a safe, fully fenced in home on the UofH exit. Walking distance from a Kroger, Dollar store, local Hispanic taco shop, coffee shops, etc. Get to Hobby in 14 mins, or IAH in less than 30. Extremely close to downtown, Daikin, Toyota Center, & Convention center, only 15ish mins from the medical district & the Galleria area. Doggie friendly. We would love to share our home with you.
