A very special treat for my husbands upcoming ‘big’ birthday. An absolutely incredible location and property. However what sets this place above the rest is the brilliant host Andy, who went out of his way to ensure we had the best time and enjoyed our trip to the full. Very knowledgeable about the location and gave us some great tips. Kindly lit the hot tub for us which was the perfect temperature when we returned from dinner. Andy even offered to ‘babysit’ our dog! Hands down the best air b&b we’ve had the pleasure of staying in, we didn’t want to leave! Thank you Andy :)

Lovely, spotlessly clean property, very close to the bus stop which was great for us as we weren't driving. Hot tub clean, warm and ready to use. Nice touch providing slippers, thank you. Beds were comfortable and warm. Another bonus was having Sky, Netflix and Prime Video which we also took advantage of. Both Nicola and Stephen were very welcoming and on hand at all times, even offering to drive us to the War Tunnels, which was really kind. Home-baked loaf was particularly welcome! We were also provided a lovely fan on request. All in all, a lovely stay.

What a wonderful week! This villa provided a perfect blend of luxury and privacy for our family. Our two-year-old had an absolute blast with the pool and the thoughtfully equipped playroom, which made our holiday so much more relaxing. We loved waking up to the beautiful views each morning, and the inclusion of a rowing boat was a fantastic perk that we thoroughly enjoyed. The convenience of being a short 10-minute walk to Dittisham pier was excellent, allowing for easy boat excursions to Dartmouth and other lovely spots. A truly fantastic stay. We're so grateful for your hospitality and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you!

Que dire à part que nous avons passé un excellent week-end avec mon conjoint, tout était parfait l'endroit, l'ambiance, cet endroit à des bonnes énergies et on s'y sent très bien , on a pu bien se retrouver en amoureux ça restera un week-end gravé pour tout les deux !!! et pour conclure en beauté Karen est une personne adorable, souriante, disponible si besoin ,elle dégage d'aussi bonnes énergies que son jolie gîte :)

Lovely house, stunning views, a fun time for our family weekend, the walk to the beach was tougher than I expected but well worth it. We had a big problem with hot water which was on a timer which had no control over, off at 9am so only 3 out of 10 managed a hot shower, then it didn’t come on again til late afternoon, no chance of a hot shower after the hot tub, after a couple of texts the next day the boost was activated for extra hour in the morning, this needs to be thought through when there are 10 of you, also I wonder Charlotte if you could provide a couple of bar stalls, there is no way you can fit 10 around that table comfortably, however the house is in a beautiful and quiet setting and certainly had the wow factor, thank you Charlotte x

We stayed at Pentire for a week in the middle of December and had great time. The home was very spacious and had great views overlooking countryside. Our three children particularly enjoyed the feeding the koi in the garden and of course the hot tube which was used every day. The village of Holbeton itself was very quiet but there is a pub and a small shop/post office in the centre. It is in a good location for exploring and we went out in the car every day. Mothecombe beach is just down the road and is nice and quiet, although a bit further along was the beach at Bigbury which the kids loved and where we walked out to Burch Island and then got the sea tractor back. Salcombe is about 1-2hr away and is really nice. We went into Plymouth a couple of times, once ti the aquarium there and then again to go up the lighthouse and walk around the old Barbican area. Peter was a great host and very welcoming. We all settled in really well and felt very comfortable and relaxed! Very Happy.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un logement confortable et fonctionnel à la décoration moderne. De plus l'accès à la piscine et au spa à été fort apprécié par tous. Sofie est une hôte disponible et réactive. Merci beaucoup, je recommande vivement.

Super séjour, le logement était parfait avec ce que nous cherchions pour 3 jours. Merci à Emilie et Aline pour leur disponibilité. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Gîte impeccable propriétaire très réactif nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille en profitant au maximum de toutes les activités proposées dans le gîte ping pong piscine billard baby foot et trampoline je recommande vivement

Nous avons passé un très bon week end de Pâques en famille, le logement était fidèle a la description et aux photos. C’est agréable d’avoir la mer et des balades à proximité ainsi que la jacuzzi en rentrant le soir ☺️ nous reviendrons les yeux fermés

Séjour très agréable en famille. Le logement est propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié l’extérieur et la proximité de la plage. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus! Je recommande!

Nous avons passé un incroyable week-end chez Dominique. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et est d’une propreté irréprochable. Le jacuzzi et le sauna sont un véritable atout. L’environnement est très calme ! Merci encore à Dominique pour ce merveilleux week-end !

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end de Pâques en famille dans la villa. Très belle maison, à proximité de la grande plage, de très belles balades à faire en bord de mer. L'extérieur et l'espace jacuzzi est très sympa, nous avons pu en profiter malgré le temps mitigé.

Nous avons passé un week end de saint Valentin reposant et ressourçant grâce à ce logement et son spa au top surtout après une journée au Mont saint Michel Merci pour les conseils sur les bonnes adresses de restaurant Je recommande

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un très bon accueil, un cadre magnifique cadre calme et reposant et nombreuses activités pour les enfants. Je recommande vivement.

Un véritable petit coin de paradis! le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos, avec une vue mer à couper le souffle, un couché et levé de soleil juste merveilleux. Tout était d’une propreté irréprochable, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable, au calme bercés par le bruit des vagues. Merci pour cette parenthèse de rêve!

Loved our stay , was very cosy and pretty place. had everything we needed inside. Hot tub and fire were a bonus. All the animals on the farm were lovely to see. layout was great. greta stay

Séjour extrêmement agréable. Le lieu est sublimé par la présence de nombreux animaux, en particulier les chèvres naines. Elles sont rigolotes à souhait et manger/vivre en leurs présences est on ne peut plus relaxant. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques tout étant discret. Ils sont facilement joignables et réactifs en cas de soucis. Inutile de le préciser, mais le bain Finlandais est... une merveille : )

Super week-end au sein du Domaine de Douar Azen ! Lily et Fabrice sont très accueillants et très sympathiques. Le cadre est apaisant, en pleine nature, parfait pour déconnecter et se ressourcer. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir 😊 Liza, Manu et Émile 🐾

Très bon séjour chez Stefane, un vrai petit havre de paix. À proximité de toutes les activités principales de la région, sa cabane est une proposition calme et bien être après la foule des sites touristiques. A bientôt !
