Studio by the Beach with Separate Entrance

Open the sliding door to let the gentle sea breezes waft in and settle down to stream a favorite show on the Smart TV. The interior blends coastal touches with boho chic, and there are little luxuries like a work space and secluded private outdoor space. I adhere to the CDC cleaning protocols. I use UV C light for added disinfecting and sanitizing of the Studio, and have also added a Dyson air purifying fan and heater to insure you have clean air. This studio is located on the first floor of my three story home. The studio shares the first floor with the garage so you don't have any shared walls. You have two windows, one in the bathroom and a sliding glass door in the bedroom, they bring in light and the sea breeze but have no views. While this studio is private you may hear footsteps above, music drifting in from other parts of the house, and the sounds that come from everyday living. You'll have one parking space available on the right side of the driveway. More free parking is usually available at the end of the street, 15 houses down on panama. During the day there's extra parking at kiddie beach. I live on the two top floors of the house so i'm easily accessible for as much or as little interaction as needed. The setting on a quiet street is only half a block from channel Island harbors Kiddie Beach and 1.5 blocks to Silver Strand Beach, a popular surf spot and vantage point for catching the sunset. Watch for whales and discover a yoga studio, corner market, and salon, all only moments away. Hollywood by the sea has unique sounds too. You'll hear sea lions, boat horns, and on occasion a fog horn. Every morning at 8am you'll hear our national anthem, and at sunset you'll hear taps. You'll have to pay attention or you'll miss it. It's one of many thing I love about this area.

Beautiful, stylish, & romantic 2bd/2 ba cottage just a 5 minute walk from the beach! Step through the gate into a lush & serene bamboo sanctuary…the sounds of water flowing into a small koi pond, a fire pit, a bright & comfortable open concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen & dining area, spacious bedrooms with luxurious bedding & chic bathrooms, wide screen TV’s for perfect movie nights, & a magical backyard with outdoor shower, lounge area, and jacuzzi under the stars. A dream getaway!

Brand New Beach Home Great for Entertaining!

Impeccable, custom ocean front home located in Hollywood Beach. This stunningly beautiful house on the sand was just finished in December of 2018. It has an Elevator, four 70' inch smart tv's throughout the house and all the latest technology to go with it! The location is the best on the beach with the master bedroom sitting high on the 3rd floor with unobstructed and panoramic sunset views! Everything in the house is custom including the art! If you want Luxury look no further, This is it!!!

Really on the Beach with Private Enclosed Patio

Oceanfront at this price is rare. Amazing place for a couple or small family. A peaceful neighborhood and super comfortable and clean ground floor place on a white, sugar sand beach. (Only one apartment above where I live with my wife, and we are relaxed and not in your business.) Enclosed, private patio with panoramic beach, island views plus gas fire pit & BBQ. Steps from the patio are chairs in the sand with a huge sun umbrella. Complimentary beach bikes. Yummy cafe across the street.
