Detached, Private, Clean & Safe Guesthouse with Large Patio

Everything you need in this super clean, cozy, and safe space. Conveniently located in an upscale neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, and groceries. Hiking, boating and golf are a short drive. Nicely furnished with everything you need for a relaxing get-a-way: luxury linens, coffee maker and coffee pods, microwave, fridge, ice maker and amenities. Enjoy the large outdoor patio and BBQ. We allow small dogs for an extra fee of $25/night which must be paid in advance plus a $50 deposit which you will get back if you clean up after your animals. Private casita. Separate guest house with private entrance off of a beautiful court yard. Free wi-fi, Keurig coffee maker, hair dryer, DirecTV, towels, small refrigerator, microwave and ice maker. Minimal interaction. Quiet cul de sac located close to the 202 (San Tan) freeway and only 2 miles from the trendy shops and restaurants of downtown Chandler. Free parking in the drive way or on the street. Please note: there is no kitchen this unit. Private Casita

Light and airy private room with queen bed and bath in separate casita, perfect for guests on the go.. Located in a small, quiet gated community. Separate heating/air conditioning for the unit. All amenities as stated included. Great walking area. Close to many restaurants and entertainments in downtown Chandler or Gilbert. Grocery, fast food and drug store within walking distance. Close to major freeways (202, 101 & 60) and airports-Sky Harbor (14 mi.) & Mesa Gateway (8.5 mi.). Community pool.

Chandler/Sun Lakes Casita

Have your best night ever sleeping on our Comfortable Queen Memory foam mattress. All linens and towels are sanitized, bed linens are line dryed, pillowcases lightly starched and ironed. We take pride in the cleanliness of this room and bath. We use a 5 step cleaning process including sanitizing all hard surfaces after each guest. You won't go hungry, we provide a bit of breakfast and snacks. Yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave popcorn and plenty of bottled water.

Private guesthouse on estate.

Completely private detached one bedroom one bathroom in heart of Paradise Valley and Scottsdale area. Very private with private splash(shallow lounge) pool, it’s small but totally yours. Pickleball court acess to hiking trails. Granite and marble countertops, full kitchen. Large shared backyard with pickle-ball and basketball courts. Reviews say it all. To book guests must have previous positive reviews. Smart TV but no cable provided.
