The couple will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it just renovated and just build it with an amazing hardwood floor, beautiful for one or couple to enjoy the night !!!my place is a mile to wynn hospital, downtown, utica auditorium, Utica University and Utica's best food places. I just add total 2 air conditioner and cover the sky windows to reduce the heat, and replaced the artic fan, so it is not too hot now. it you want to see the sky you can open it easy.

This bright and sunny 1 BR apartment has plenty of space to spread out. Full eat-in kitchen including all cooking essentials. Centrally located between Syracuse and Albany. 40 min to Cooperstown (1 hour to All Star Village). 15 min to Herkimer Diamond Mines. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.
