The place gets lots of natural light and has a beautiful view from the big balcony. You don’t need the AC on all the time if the sliding doors are open. The security guard is friendly, and the kitchen comes with an oven, a portable stove, and a microwave. The bathtub is nice, unless you prefer a separate shower. Overall, it's incredible value for money!

You can either cook or order food, and there are malls and night markets just 5 to 10 minutes away. A washing machine is available. There is Wi-Fi, but it’s best and more reliable to have an unlimited data eSIM or get a SIM card at the airport. Two smart TVs are connected to the internet, so you can log in to your own Netflix or Disney account. The host also provided instant coffee, Ovaltine, and a few liters of water for you to consume while settling in. The water pressure in one of the bathrooms isn’t very strong, and the hot water isn’t very hot, though this may be due to the summer heat. The environment is peaceful, especially in the morning and early evening. Nearby restaurants can be loud until 10 or 11 pm. There are also cafes offering good food. The dogs outside the building is no cause for concern as a guard seems to take care of them.

Nonthapat was a very great host to us.He wanted to upgrade the place if we wanted to go to Pattaya but we rather stayed in Bang saen area.The house is in a very beautiful gate community.
