Barn Long House with private pool

A renovated long house walking distance to the village of Chabanais with locals bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers and scenic river. Lake Beach 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride which has boat hire swimming areas for children and adults, play areas and a couple of bars and restaurants or take your own picnic as plenty of tables. Limoges airport 30 minutes away. Golf International de la Prèze is 25 minutes drive. Plenty of chateaus to visit a must is Rochechouart only 10 minutes away.

Cabane tout confort au milieu des arbres. Situé à la campagne, dans une zone boisée, la cabane, est à 3 min de toutes commodités (boulangerie, épicerie bio, supermarchés, enseigne de surgelés...) et à 3 min du coeur de ville de Saint-Junien, (marché hebdomadaire le samedi matin, halles couvertes, bars, restaurants, médecins, hôpital...). Elle se situe également à 10 min du centre de la mémoire d'Oradour Sur Glane et à 20 min de Limoges, ville d'Arts et de Feu, célèbre pour sa porcelaine.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Décorée avec charme et équipée avec soin et qualité. Jardin privatif clôturé avec dépendances. Vue imprenable sur la campagne. Au pied de notre belle église fortifiée.

Gîte situé au calme d'une petite propriété isolé au cœur de la nature, idéal pour les personnes cherchant du repos. Pour les familles avec enfants espaces extérieur avec trampoline, portique, terrain d'activités. Proche du lac de Lavaud en Charente limousine avec de nombreuses activités nature ( randonnées pédestre, VTT, cheval, pêche...). Situé à 45 mn d'Angoulême et Limoges, de nombreux sites touristiques autour. Cassinomagus, Météorite à Rochechouart, Confolens, Oradour sur Glane ...
