It's ground level of a two-story modern home, with a private pool and heated spa with lakeviews at the entry to the apartment with full privacy. Ground level solely for guests use only, with separate front street access. Five minutes' drive to restaurants, cafes, Warners Bay foreshores, and Speers Point park. Short walk to the Lake Macquarie. The Polehouse cottage, located on a large rural property is a relaxing way to escape the rush of modern day life. It has 2 bedrooms consisting of 1 king and 1 queen bed. Features include a private deck, spa, BBQ and fireplace. Firewood is provided between May and September to keep the cottage warm in the evenings.
