Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Modern beachfront apartment

Very nice apartment for 4 persons on perfect location. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Smart TV, High-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies with sea view (from each room). Relaxing, peaceful setting. House is located directly on the beach surrounded with small park. Parking place is assured in the back yard. Very nice pool is available in the garden where you will be able to enjoy swimming and relaxing in it. Plenty of comfortable beach-chairs and sunscreens for all the guests.

Apartment Mikulandra on the beach 1

Apartment Mikulandra 1 is a cosy apartment situated on the ground floor with its own large terrace and a spectacular sea view. It has SAT TV, wi-fi, airconditioning and nearby our private locked parking free of charge. The terrace in front has a BBQ you can use while watching the beautiful sunset this area is known for. The apartment is set directly on the beach that is used only by the guests of our house Check out other Apartments Mikulandra on Airbnb. Looking forward hosting you!

House located first row to the sea(10m)with a beach in front of house, have 5 guests. consists of 2 bedrooms,kitchen and a bathroom with a great view on the sea from the balcony.Possibilty for 5 more guest in apartment next to this in same house. 2 bikes and sunchers ( 5 ) can use guests of house.

Brand new apartaments,superb furnishing,beautifull space with all necessary things for nice vacation. Only 50 meters from the beach, with large balcony,with nice view . As the sun go down, nice sunset and quitness . App is in quite zone and give you completly privacy

Sorriso del mare, in the center near the sea. It has everything you need to for a great summer holiday. We are less than 50m from the main beach with a reserved parking space. 4 star Apartment is big, new, nice and cosy ideal for a family stay.
