New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Pequeño departamento muy cómodo y bien ubicado. Se encuentra en el corazón del Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México, y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es excepcional, se localiza justo atrás del Templo Mayor, a unas cuantas cuadras del Zócalo, y a un costado del Antiguo Colegio de San Ildefonso. Es una calle cerrada muy bien iluminada durante la noche. El edificio cuenta con vigilancia 24 horas al día y el personal es muy amable.
