This property is walking distance to Beaver Stadium or the Bryce Jordan Center via University drive (approximately 1.1 miles). Our ideal group varies. It could be 2 couples (young or old), parents with kids, or just a few friends. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6. Located in State College Borough. ONE TURN to get to the stadium!!!

There’s ping pong indoors, corn hole boards & a volleyball court , and plenty of parking for your RV. Nearby is hunting, world class fishing, hiking trails, & Lock Haven University. “WE ARE” … also close to Penn State! Don’t forget your binoculars for bald eagle sightings. Garage not included. The Log Cabin 10

The Log Cabin has 2 single bunks and 1 full bed. (BOTTOM FITTED SHEETS ONLY ON BEDS, YOU BRING TOWELS, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS). (NO BATHROOM OR SHOWER IN THE CABIN) We do have a bath house with showers and toilets. The cabin sleeps a maximum of 4 people. WE ALLOW ANY SIZE PETS IN THE THE LOG CABIN. It also includes a microwave, mini fridge, and table and chairs inside the cabin. There is also a heater and a window unit for AC. The cabin has its own Fire Ring and Picnic table.
