We stayed at the apartment while on transit in Lusaka and had a comfortable stay . Charity was helpful with the check-in and ensuring we had everything we needed. The place is a tad far from the CBD but within 15 minutes drive to most malls . There are a couple of restaurants in the vicinity.

I had such a lovely stay, felt right at home! Wish l could have stayed a bit longer, but l definitely know that this is a place l would return to when l'm back in Lusaka! Both Caroline and Mr Cleanwell were proactive regarding whatever issues that l brought up. Also, it's a lot more beautiful than the pictures potray.

Nice and quiet house, with everything in place to mitigate the daily power cuts (solar system provides electricity at all time and there's a gas stove as backup so cooking is never a problem either) It's been very easy to communicate with Erica, she is very nice and answers all questions quickly. We had a perfect stay in Kingsland!

Very nice Palace as a work accomodation and For resting. Beautifull garden and patio. Nice and friendly host and workers. Good neighborhood but still original African stamp on the air. Basic household equipments. Of course, Zambia's infrastructure problems existed here as well but hosts have done a lot by themselves to solve the inconvencies. For a longer period, it is worth renting a car from a local entrepreneur. Yangos are what they are and international renters are expensive. You can get to know the whole city Area very well by car and people are polite to others in traffic. This was my first real trip to Africa and I can recommend a visit and especially to get to know the local people and life. Not just to the "must-see" Victoria Falls and safaris.

Vicky was one of the most responsive and available hosts I have had on airbnb. She was so friendly. What I really liked about her place the most was her attention to detail and what she knew meant the most to me. The cottage had plenty of snacks and food upon arrival which I think was such a great gesture. She also went above and beyond to do other thoughtful things for me. The cottage is just like the pictures and is surrounded by beautiful nature.

Julia was a fantastic host – very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Whenever we needed anything, Julia quickly sent her staff to assist us, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend staying here!

The warm ambiance was exceptional, creating a home-like feel with thoughtful decorations and personalized touches like forthcoming staff and a welcome note. Regarding improvements, it’s challenging to suggest any, as the stay was comfortable with excellent contingencies like gas heating and solar power for unexpected power outages. This foresight ensured uninterrupted comfort and connectivity, making the experience seamless. As for enhancements, your property already stands out. I would readily recommend it to others and am looking forward to returning. The meticulous attention to detail and guest comfort is remarkable and truly sets your property apart. Our arrival was easy because communication with host started earlier in the day as the host was proactive in calling and giving guidance and directions. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Staff at premises were very helpful

Really nice Airbnb, clean inside and out, with security. Host is very responsive and considerate as our check in was quite late. Nicely decorated, would definitely visit again. Things to note: location - you will need a car to get around which we did have but may be difficult if you don’t. property - the property is one of six in the same yard but is spacious for privacy. electricity - the property has a generator / solar panels and a gas stove which was useful when load shedding occurred.

Leopard’s Hill family home in beautiful nature

Our stay couldn't have been more spectacular. It was a perfect balance of being within close proximity to Leopard Hill's top restaurants/markets and the serenity of being out at a world-class African bush lodge. The interiors were absolutely beautiful, the house was pristine and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Linda was communicative, provided guidance as needed, and was responsive on-demand. I couldn't have ask for a more wonderful place to stay, everyone was truly above and beyond!
