Secluded mountain retreat, Ashland 10 m., by PCT

Beautiful 4500 sq ft home nestled in the Cascade mountains of Southern Oregon. easy 15 minute drive to downtown Ashland, 20 minutes to Mt. Ashland Ski Area, 3 min. walk to Pacific Crest Trail. The Forest House is cozy yet spacious, peaceful, fun and relaxing, surrounded by magnificent old forests and mountain ranges. Seasonal Swedish sauna, fully equipped kitchen and dining, two living rooms, three bedrooms, large sun room w/ofuro tub overlooking forest, garage, swim pond and walking trails.

Ashland Haus Retreat - 1 block from downtown!

This beautiful 10 foot ceiling home is ideal for your stay in Ashland. Our classic two bedroom 1900s home has many new renovations (floors, appliances, furniture-- all done in August 2017). Enjoy a short walk to great cafes, restaurants and breweries! We are about an 8 minute walk to the Shakespeare Festival. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a king bed that can be made into two singles. The sleeper sofa is in living room. The bedrooms share a Jack&Jill bathroom. PA # PA-2017-01160

Built March '22, 5 king bds, 85" 4k tv. Pretty!!

5 brand new kings, 1 pullout queen. Fully fenced. Huge Top End Fast Smart Samsung Qled tvs. 85" in living room. 2 75" in master and one guest room. Imagine relaxing with the best picture quality televisions in this New house with beautiful quartz countertops in a brand new kitchen. Backyard completely fenced. Garage access but is not part of rental as we still have boxes in there to unpack. Bath and shower separate in master. Combined in guest bath. One king bedroom on ground floor.

This is a beautiful new 3 bedroom flat with oak hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy day with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and dishwasher. This flat is located in a prime location, a 5 minute walk to the popular Shakespeare Festival, restaurants and shops.

Charming Cottage, Walk To Downtown!

Newly remodeled 1910 cottage a few short blocks away from historic downtown! 1 bedroom and 1 loft both featuring brand new queen beds.The cottage is only two miles off of I-5 and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops downtown has to offer. The living room features a 60in HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a keurig and many other commodities . The Outdoor area includes a grill, picnic table as well as a fire pit. No pets.

Looking for a place for an extended stay on a business trip to Grants Pass? Message me! Awesome neighborhood! Quiet & close to the Historical District which has wonderful restaurants and shopping. Good location for all activities in the area. Lots of natural light. Fenced back yard for your four legged friends.
