You will love this modern studio. Reasonably priced and located in the Pattaya City Centre Residence (CCR) on 7th floor. City view in building C. CCR have a big pool, very well equipped gym, sauna and steam room. CCR is located 900m from Central Festival, 1.5km from city beach, 5 min walk to busy Soi Buakhao and Soi LK. Free WiFi and Cable TV. Studio is with Queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen European style, bathroom, balcony, safety box. Free parking and 24/7 security.

Both our units are on the high 25th floor with amazing and stunning seaview and we’re near to the Central Festival Shopping Mall. On top of that we’re surrounded by lots of exquisite foods shops and restaurants, not to mention those traditional leisure massage places that will make your trips more meaningful.
