Stylish New - The Arrow Nest

A beautifully appointed full apartment with a separate bedroom and huge king bed. Highly rated by all our guests. Luxurious and comfortable. So quiet. Light and sunny with gorgeous views in all directions. Relax in the tranquility of this space. Walking distance to Arrowtown or Millbrook Golf Resort. Enjoy our gym, heated pool or tennis courts for free. We are happy to share any local knowledge. We will also respect your privacy. This apartment is attached to our home with a separate entrance.

This home away from home is nestled in the hillside of Queenstown. With amazing uninterrupted mountain and water views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables, you'll never want to leave this cabin. The huge sunny balcony awaits a relaxing afternoon drink or soak in your own private spa / hot tub with lake views. Air conditioning makes our place an easy choice. Please note our place is set up for adults and does not accommodate children. Perfect location for Couples, Ladies or Guys weekend away.

Lake Front Luxury Apartment

The entire lower level of this luxury home, completed in 2019, offers direct lake access, a private spa, and heated pool (summer only; spa year-round). Enjoy private access and a 5-minute stroll along the waterfront path to Hilton Hotel restaurants and bars. Central Queenstown's restaurants, bars, and shops are a 15-minute Water Taxi ride or 20-minute drive away. The shopping center and airport are just 5 minutes away. Parking for two vehicles provides direct access to the private lower level.

Mt Gold Haven Studio

7 minutes drive from Central Wanaka, this studio with with ensuite (but no cooking facilities) is situated on the end of Peninsula Bay. Attached to a new eco build (also for rent for larger groups) this has privacy and its own separate entrance. Perfect for a few nights away for a mountain or lake getaway, you also get access to Pen Bay pool with hot tub and gym 900m from the house. Mountain bike tracks start 100metres in front of the house and the lake is just 500metres down the back.

5-Star Boutique Retreat

This self-contained studio with kitchen, garden and spa is a luxurious, peaceful retreat in the heart of the Wakatipu Basin. This separate building got its own private entrance, central to many of the areas local attractions, just minutes from shopping and the airport, and about 10 minutes drive from the town centre. Walks, shopping, bungy jumping, jet boating, ski-fields and more are all close. A great spot to base yourself whether you are here to sightsee, relax or for business.

Cardrona (19) - NZ's Skiing Hotspot!!!

Relax in the beautiful Cardrona Valley, nestled between the skiing hot spots of Queenstown & Wanaka in Central Otago. The resort is only a 15 minute drive to the 'Cardrona Alpine Ski Resort' or the 'Snow Farm NZ'. Perfect location for skiers, mountainbikers & hikers & only a few minutes walk to the iconic/historic Cardrona Hotel. Fantastic huge free Jacuzzi/hot tub onsite to relax & unwind after a day up the mountain. There is a local store nearby with a pizzeria & café attached.

LUXURY HOME WITH LAKE AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS

Step into this outstanding luxury accommodation in Wanaka and you will feel the spacious, cool elegance of its contemporary design, while being entranced by the panoramic views over Lake Wanaka, and the surrounding mountains. Catering, for up to 12 comfortably, but equally, it has lovely intimate spaces for a smaller number if thats you! IVP has been in the holiday home market for many years with wonderful 5 star reviews with many returning guests.
