Wānaka Mountain Home

A comfortable and peaceful base with everything you could need on your adventures in Wānaka or Central Otago. The space has been set up with an attention to families (pets included!), couples, and working professionals. The backyard is private, fully fenced; an oasis safe for all pets and/or children. We hope you enjoy starry-filled nights while relaxing in the spa and gaze at the wild native garden with tasteful evening lighting. MTB guests are welcome - only a 500m ride to Sticky Forest.

Historic Clyde cottage, restored & welcoming

The perfect place to plan your central Otago adventure. 45 Sunderland st. offers boutique accomodation within the walls of a 150 year old cottage. It has been lovingly restored & features 4 double bedrooms, two lounge rooms & two sunrooms, a private country garden & spa pool. Located within five min walk to all 5 of Clydes cafes & bars & 1min to Olivers Restaurant and Bar, & Starting point for 3 scenic cycle trails. We recommend a stay of 2 + nights stay to enjoy the house & its meany charms

Lake View Heights - Luxury large home -244 sq mtr

A 2020 one storey built modern spacious home (approx 240 sq m) situated on a hill boasting amazing lake and mountain views, whilst still being a short walk to the lake and Wanaka township. Sun drenched, warm family home with separate living and bedroom wings with a connected partially covered central deck which provides an attractive outside dining option. Excellent feedback eg Charlie -Aug 23 said "excellent house, view was awesome. House is much better than pictures and pictures were great'

Creative Sanctuary 10 min from Wanaka Hottub/Sauna

The Artist's House is the perfect symbiosis of relaxation, comfort, luxury, inspiration and fun! 3 themed bedrooms, vast views, creekside, privacy and space. 10mins from Wanaka, it'll be your own piece of paradise. Fabulous chef's kitchen, courtyard with pizza oven and BBQ, curl up in the amazing Crystal Movie Lounge or dance in the lounge. Also great for film crews/creative groups wanting a place to gather!!

Relax, Rest & Revive at Rocklands Retreat

Rocklands Retreat is a newly built spacious modern house 5 minutes drive from the lake with a light airy feel, surrounded by mountain Vistas in a new neighbourhood. The interior has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable with every modern convenience yet also have an individual character feel. Four spacious bedrooms ( two with ensuites) and two open plan living areas plus a fully equipped kitchen set up for casual entertaining make it the perfect set up for one or two families to share.

Te awa Lodge Riverside retreat

This picturesque lodge offers the best accommodation and location in Lake Wānaka. Amazing outdoor amenities . Imagine soaking in a hot tub overlooking the picturesque views of the Hawea river as you unwind and relax after a long day of fishing and adventure. An outdoor boathouse provides the perfect spot to enjoy a delectable meal as you relish the peaceful sounds of the river, native birds and bask in the serene tranquility of the surroundings. Newly renovated house, warm, family friendly .

Fig Tree House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Albert Town near the Clutha river, it is a 2 minute walk to the Patisserie, Four Square shop, Pub and Takeaways, with a great swimming hole a 5 minute stroll from home. The home has a sunny sheltered deck and I am often on hand for any tips and tricks, as I have moved into my back yard garden. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for use as well. We have cycle tracks in all directions to explore the surrounds.

You'll love the privacy with your spacious room opening to the garden & trees. There’s books, games, yoga mat, outdoor area. Superking bed, quality linen, mattress topper, ensuite & toiletries. I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt, baking TO GET YOU STARTED ON ARRIVAL, after that our awesome supermarkets are close. Walk to the lake and Wanaka Tree thru park or Edgewater for a scone! 20minutes walk to town, Roys Peak climb or Rippon Wines 5 min drive
