This place is amazing. The home its self is so cozy, and the master bed was so comfortable. The location is breathtaking. The water was very low and we were given a heads up before. But we didn’t let it stop us. Fishing was great. We enjoy a family of bald eagles each day and even got greeted every morning by the friendly neighborhood dogs. This place is just what we needed. Already looking to book for 3 more times next year!!! The pool was soo clear even though it was to cold to swim.

I stayed at Debbie’s the night before my wedding, and after some plans changed actually ended up doing some of my bridal portraits there! Her home was beautiful and very clean. We loved the space and she went above and beyond to make this happen for me! Easy to get in touch with.

Denise was an AMAZING host. She was so responsive to all of our questions. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this was by far our favorite. She treated us like family right from the beginning (fresh baked cookies upon arrival, thoughtful snacks, games to keep us entertained). The house smelled so good and was decorated with such care. It felt like we were in someone’s home that really cared about us and our experience. It was easy to get to Front Street and Northwestern. The Perrault House is a destination in and of itself in Natchitoches. We enjoyed the wraparound screened in porch, basketball hoop, and the pool. Denise has bird feeders set up and a bird bath to attract all the beautiful feathered friends to watch while you sit with the morning coffee. There was reliable wifi, lovely linens, dishes, and artwork. If we find ourselves back in Natchitoches, we will certainly stay at The Perrault House.

The whole experience was great! spacious, modern and clean house. The view is one of the most unique i ve seen in my life.

Jennica’s home was not only beautiful but well thought out and accommodating. She had really thought of everything. From having extra pool towels, to multiple first aid kits, a blow up mattress as well as multiple games located upstairs. We really enjoyed the speaker outside to listen to our music while we played with our kids in the pool. The beds were cozy and comfortable with soft, clean linens. My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hated we had to leave early due to a family emergency. Would definitely return if we are back in town.

My only disappointment was that I couldn't stay longer! Daquon's place was super clean and I felt safe. The Neighborhood is nice, I ran there everyday and met lots of puppy's along the way! The hot shower had amazing pressure which was a relief after a long day at work! It truly felt like a home away from home. If the availability opens up again while I'm still working here I would definitely stay longer ❤️

It’s was a blast as always. We caught plenty of fish (I caught the biggest catfish)😂😂. We love David’s place. The had everything we need to cook. Nice peaceful quiet place. I would recommend anybody to go visit his place. Just take care of his place and you will have a great time.

This home was cozy, comfortable, and felt just like home; it had everything you needed. The host were easy to reach, responded promptly, and were very kind. The rooms were nice and the beds were easy to fall asleep in. I loved how each room had extra blankets and a fan. The extra seating allowed my extended family to gather for brunch without feeling cramped. Overall, the home very lovely and peaceful; I will be booking again.

Very great place requested at last minute due to my grandmother's passing. I accidentally under requested on days and hosts were very accommodating. Very understanding. Place was great. Very homey. Loved the original look with updated features. Check out instructions were very clear. Very easy access. Very comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend this very very highly. Amazing historic house in a beautiful area. Well positioned, very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space, kitchen well equipped. Check-in and check-out very easy, Dan always responsive and available for any need. We look forward to coming back here!

Me and my family really enjoy our trip to New Roads. we also enjoyed the host and they made show we was very comfortable. everything was just right with no worries or anything. It was a smooth transition coming in to enjoy the festivities and leaving as well. we will visit again next year

Tanya went above and beyond for our stay! My parents and I were visiting Natchez for the weekend to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. Tanya decorated the kitchen for her birthday and was able to get us in hours before the scheduled check-in time as well. The house is in a great location and is quiet and peaceful. Wonderful trip in a beautiful home! The view was lovely, the weather was perfect. The house is well-stocked and had everything we needed. The outdoor areas were fantastic! We enjoyed the kayaks and sitting on the dock and the porch. Nice touches, like sound machines in all of the bedrooms and Bluetooth speakers inside and out. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The home was well stocked with essential items. The private dock was a great place for my entire family to fish, swim and hang out. My family of 5 slept very comfortably with all the space and multiple bathrooms. I definitely would recommend this home to anyone looking for a getaway.
