This is the first completed villa in a complex of 4 units. The remaining villas are still under construction, so the access road may be a bit messy and there can be construction noise during the day. As construction progress changes daily, we cannot guarantee how much noise there will be. To compensate for this, a discount has already been included in the price. If the noise turns out to be too disturbing during your stay, you are free to check out early and we will refund the unused nights.
