An eco friendly cozy home perched on a bluff with a pool extending right off the front deck. Beautiful views of Kootenay Lake, Duncan River and Selkirk Mountains. A hot tub is right next to the pool. An amazing 30 foot pond and 16 foot waterfall is located just around the corner from the pool. Over 50 hummingbirds patron our feeders. Two huge gardens with vegetables and fruit. Lots of hiking, low and high elevation. Wetlands, habitat reserve. 48 solar panels. Very private wilderness experience.

Cottage is completely private & separate from main house. Breakfast included M-F. Weekend breakfast, vegetarian dinner, & massage are available upon request, before arrival, at extra cost.
