rumah nya enak, lokasinya tenang, kasurnya enak, kamarnya jg enak, ada tv di setiap kamar, untuk istirahat malam juga tenang, tidak banyak lalu lalang kendaraan, masuk dari jalan raya ke rumah juga tidak jauh, ac berfungsi dengan baik. terimakasih untuk bantuannya selama kami tinggal di sana.

lokasi sangat strategis di tengah kota dekat pusat wisata seperti Kaliurang dan aksesibiltas hanya selangkah dari Jl. Ring Road Utara, tempat sangat luas, parkir bisa sampai 7 mobil dan tersedia garasi untuk 2 mobil(lebih aman), suasana di lokasi juga relatif sepi karena masuk ke komplek perumahan jadi tidak berisik karena suara kendaraan berlalu lalang. Disediakan makan pagi atau sarapan sesuai jumlah tamu yang datang, namun sayang di dalam rumah dan di kamar(di kasur/selimut) ditemukan semut besar-besar, dimana kemungkinan karena banyak hiasan pot-pot tanaman yang tersebar di seluruh bangunan. secara keseluruhan Rumah Teteh sangat baik dan bisa digunakan untuk berkumpul dengan banyak anggota keluarga

Lokasi rumah di tengah kota, mudah ditemukan, dekat jalan besar, dekat dengan mini/supermarket dan fasum lain. Banyak pilihan kuliner di sekitar rumah. Area parkir dalam pagar cukup untuk 2 mobil besar. Rumah sangat bersih, mewah, fasilitas lengkap dan dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Sebagian besar kamar terdapat TV. Kamar mandi bersih dan ada air panas. Area rekreasi luas dan terdapat area2 tambahan yg dapat digunakan. Terdapat kamar untuk driver. Dapur bersih dan dapur kotor terpisah. Fasilitas dapur komplit sehingga memungkinkan memasak untuk keluarga. Host sangat baik dan responsif, sangat murah hati dan helpful. Detil2 yg belum tercantum dlm list dapat dikomuniksikan dg sangat baik sesuai kebutuhan kami. Pilihan kami tepat untuk memilih rumah ini sebagai tempat menginap selama acara pernikahan salah satu keluarga di Pekalongan. Area dalam rumah yg luas, bersih dan terang membuat kami nyaman. Terlebih kami tinggal bersama lansia dan anak2 dengan kebutuhan yg kompleks

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating—always kind, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure every little request of ours was met. The villa itself is a gem. It’s peaceful, tranquil, and has such a special vibe—something beautifully timeless that reminded me of the home I grew up in. It blends traditional charm with modern comforts in the best possible way. We came here for a family vacation, and everyone had a fantastic time. My mom loves to cook for the family, and she was delighted with the fully equipped kitchen that had everything she needed. The kids practically lived in the pool, swimming twice a day and having the time of their lives. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already talking about coming back!

Great location (in the city center), clean, spacious. My family and i enjoyed our stay so much 🙂‍↕️ would definitely recommend if you come to yogyakarta. They even prepared welcome drink and fruits, very thoughtful 🥺 the host is super duper friendly as well!

This villa is great for traveller who want to escape from busy city life. Its very calm and natural. You can see great scenery of merapi mountain from the villa. The hospitality from nino's family is the best, thank you for welcoming us. They give us voucher for the next stay. Hope we can meet again someday.

Perfect place to take a breathtaking!! The place is very quiet and peaceful, the view is amazing plus its built next to a river so you can hear the calming noise of the current while youre relaxing there. Even my son can focus and finishing his assignments there! The house is really clean, the bed is so comfy (we fell asleep as soon as we arrived to the place) :D. We also like the design of the house, the mixture of modern and traditional design makes the place look unique and also familiar at the same time. The house also has a lot of entertainment like books, DVDs, and instruments that keeps you entertained there. Mrs Puji is really a friendly person and easy to communicate with. Also the breakfast that Mrs Puji prepared for us in every day of our stay was very delicious, the fruits were also fresh and sweet. Overall i really recommend this place and the next time we visit we'll stay here. Thank you, Mrs. Puji !!

Tempatnya sangat nyaman. Akses menuju cottage nya sangat asik karena melewati perkebunan. Dari tempat parkir menuju ke cottage kurang lebih 100meter. Kamarnya sangat nyaman, semua fasilitas lengkap bahkan disediakan makanan juga seperti mie instant telur serta beberapa snacks. Servicenya 10/10. Pemandangan alam di sekitarnya sangat menyejukkan hati dan pikiran. Harganya pun sangat affordable. Terimakasih banyak JV’s Clouds. Definitely will come back again!!!🥰
