Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Separates Gästezimmer am Park und kleinen Fluss

Wenn du im Grünen und doch in der Altstadt von Eberswalde wohnen möchtest, dann komm zu uns. Mit Blick auf Park und kleinen Fluss. Das geräumige Zimmer ca. 45m2 befindet sich im Nebengebäude und verfügt über einen separaten Zugang. Ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafcouch für maximal 3 Gäste incl Dusche ,WC Keine Kochmöglichkeiten aber ein Café &Restaurant nebenan Dieses zentral gelegene Ferienzimmer hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Parkblick am kleinen Fluss. Ubytování poskytuje soukromí - celou bytovou jednotku máte jen pro sebe. 2 lůžka jsou v ložnici, 2 lůžka na rozkládací posteli s kvalitními matracemi, 1 lůžko na rozkládacím gauči. Můžete užívat velkou terasu s posezením. Hosté oceňují výhled na rybník, procházky či cyklistiku v blízkých lesích, nebo možnost návštěvy okolních kulturních památek. Dům stojí na vesnici nedaleko Jindřichova Hradce. V přízemí bydlí naše rodina. Příjemně si odpočinete, ať už projíždíte, nebo chcete zůstat na pár dní.

Jednopatrový dům se nachází na rozhraní CHKO České středohoří s výhledem na převážnou část zdejších sopek, kterým vévodí Raná.Je vzdálen 3,5 km od silnice č. 7 (D7), spojující Prahu přes Chomutov na hraniční přechod Hora Svatého Šebestiána do Německa. Pro pobyt hostů je využíváno 1. patro, které je uzamykatelné a zahrada s parkováním. V 7 km vzdáleném městě Louny se známým kostelem svatého Mikuláše a krytý bazén. Ubytování v klidné vísce Máchova kraje v blízkosti hradu Bezděz (70 km od Prahy) Samostatný apartmán v prvním patře s vlastním vchodem ze zahrady. Vybavená kuchyň, obývací pokoj, smart-TV, wifi, balkon. Nad obývacím pokojem je galerie s manželskou postelí. Koupelna s vanou, sprchovým koutem a samostatným WC. Nur 10 Minuten von der A5 entfernt, kann man bei der Durchreise bei uns einen Wellnessstop einlegen! In der Nähe finden sie viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sowie gute gastronomische Einrichtungen. Perfekt wenn man den Stadtleben entfliehen möchte. Ob kalte oder warme Jahreszeit, dieser Bereich lädt zum entspannen ein.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Loft v_podhuri Krušných hor s koupacím sudem

Kouzelné místo v Krušných horách kousek od lázeňských měst Jáchymov a Karlovy Vary s koupacím sudem a domácím kinem, které přezdíváme "loft v_podhuri", se může stát na pár dní i tvým útočištěm. Jsme Michaela a Jan a rádi Ti naše místo na pár dní propůjčíme. Budeš mít k dispozici celý prostor, užiješ si výhled, klid a soukromí. Rádi Ti poradíme s výlety do okolí. Ať už jsi milovník hor a přírody anebo městské kultury, věříme, že si přijdeš na své.

Our exclusively equipped Art Remise offers comfortable and very central accommodation for two to four guests: in just a few minutes on foot you can reach the Sanssouci Palace, the historic Potsdam city center or the water landscape on the Havel Bay. The art-studio is in the backyard, so it is very quiet. Or explore Berlin from Potsdam: the train will take you directly to Berlin Central Station in just 30 minutes without having to change trains!

In unserer mit Liebe sanierten und eingerichteten Gästesuite am Waldrand kommst Du zur Ruhe. Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln, Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.
