Laguna a Luxury Vacation Home in Eleuthera

Eleuthera has over 100 beaches for you to explore. The closest, Pau Pau, is 1.4 miles away and famous Ten Bay is 4 miles away. The closest town, Governor's Harbour is 8 miles away with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. The Governor's Harbour Airport is 12 miles away. You’ll love my place because of the gorgeous view and the expansive back deck with a heated salt water infinity pool that is perfect for watching sunsets. The swimming and snorkeling are great off the back of the house.

Welcome to the Place of Peace Estate. The House of Love is the 1st developed property of the estate. This large spacious home is well designed and appointed with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Detailed with high end features including quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, crown molding/trim, 8ft kitchen island with prep sink, 5 burner gas cooktop and energy efficient appliances & lighting. Designed with an open concept living, eating, & kitchen area. This home gives the designer touch.

Steps from the turquoise water!

Decompress instantly at this light and air-filled villa overlooking the ocean. Watch the sunrise as you sip your coffee from the wraparound deck. You'll feel miles from civilization, but Morning Glory is centrally-located and equipped with Starlink wi-fi. Explore the island or spend all day on the property, relaxing, snorkelling, fishing from the kayaks, and walking the beach. Morning Glory can be rented on its own, or with Rum Dum (next door) for up to 10 guests (separate listing).

Ocean Breeze, steps to beach, Generator, Starlink!

Ocean Breeze is a beautiful 3 story home situated centrally on Eleuthera, and only steps from a gorgeous pink sand beach! Our home features plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sea air with lush landscaping to make you feel like you are in your own oasis. We also have twice filtered water (safe to drink!), a washing machine and dryer, a backup generator, Starlink internet, and more. Welcome to Tipsy Palm Villa, a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1200 sq. ft. bungalow on Ten Bay residential road, near the Caribbean-facing side of Eleuthera. It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive. Newly installed generator. Please note the house is uses cistern (rain) water. We kindly ask that guests please conserve water.

Real, Working Lighthouse with Secluded Beach

Palmetto Point Lighthouse is a working lighthouse that is located on navigational charts of the Bahamas. The house is directly on the Atlantic Ocean and has commanding views throughout. A paved walkway leads from the lighthouse to an intermediate level patio followed by a staircase to the secluded beach. It's a spacious, well-appointed residence with a living area, dining area, three bedrooms, and two full baths. WiFi and a Smart TV plus a DVD player.

Cottage directly on the beach.

Blue Turtle Cottage is situated on over a 9-mile-long beach with views of the sapphire blue waters. Private steps will lead you down to a secluded beach. Fully equipped kitchen, custom-made cabinetry, gorgeous ocean blue tile backsplash and top of the line fixtures. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ while sipping on your favorite cocktail in the evening sun. However, you decide to spend your time, Blue Turtle Cottage is truly a dream come true. Full house generator.
