We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was as described. Great location. Within 2 minutes from the train station and corner store. The amenities were also as described. We fully recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Perfect if you want to discover Hackney, one of the coolest neighborhoods in London. The apartment is located near many public transport options (bus 26 for national galery/soho etc...254 for Tower bridge then 381 for modern tate and borough market, 254 last stop is Aldgate, you can get the circle line there for notting hill then bus 52 for kensington (V&A, natural history museum, hyde park serpentine gallery...). It is located on Broadway Market, one of the liveliest streets in the area and the opposite grocery store, Figs and Grain, offers quality products not too expensive compared to London prices (and good beers). Like many housing of this era there are no blackout shutters or good sound insulation, a sleep mask and a good pair of earplugs are a smart move if you got a light sleep. i will come back without an hesitation for my next trip to London.

We stayed for two weeks and we had such a great experience- great location - super close to the train station and town center. My kids loved the little play area above the rooms. Jodie was super responsive

Enjoyed a week's stay at the Mill House Apartments (unit 3) with several large windows directly overlooking the scenic Mill Pond with swans and buzzing with punting activity departing next door at Granta Pub. Lots of restaurants in the area (Granta, Mill House, Thai) and a gas station at the end of the block for supplies (milk, cereal). Easy walking distance to downtown Cambridge shops, pubs, and restaurants. Well sited in between Cambridge University's central colleges downtown and outer colleges (Selwyn, Clare Hall). Free parking behind a gate with code adds to the convenience for those with vehicles. Apartment fob for entry worked well. Apartment was very bright and comfortable, including a lot of extras like a big fan for cooling, washing machine next to refrigerator, iron/board, drying rack, coffee/tea packs, dishwasher cubes, extra trash bags, starter supply of paper products, etc. Nice graphic art in apartment. Owner sends detailed instructions and is very responsive. Book it.

Freddy's place is great. Very livable for the week we were there and a great view of the canal. Great location as well, well connected by the bus and nice for walking around. We will definitely see if Freddy's place is available next time we're in London.

We stay here every time we're in London. Beautiful flat next to Victoria Park. Lots of light, great views down to the canal, easy access to green spaces. The parking space is priceless. The hosts are very communicative, responsive, and focused on making it an easy trip. Highly recommended.

What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

We really enjoyed our stay. Some practical improvements had been made since our last stay, in particular the new teapot was very welcome!

Alison was a wonderful host, there to greet us and she had already given us recommendations for the area. She showed us around her house explaining where everything is. The house book has all the instructions in it. The photos of the house do not do it justice, the house is so well designed with superb views. Wildlife watching from the terrace is a must! Every amenity has been thought of and we did not want to leave the house. However on venturing out there are plenty of walks from the house, or Marlow and Bray are not too far away with all of their famous restaurants. An exceptional location with Clivedon not too far away. We will be back, we had a wonderful time and cannot recommend Alison’s house highly enough.

The house was everything that was described and had a lovely setting. There was every convenience and it was exceptionally peaceful and quiet. The views were really lovely and we both really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Even though it was very peaceful the house was very near the town centre which was great for cafes, restaurants and shopping. All in all, a very nice place to stay and we hope to return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at V's through Airbnb, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, V was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our experience was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend notifying her of your arrival time; it allows her to prepare everything perfectly. Upon entering, we were greeted by a delightful assortment of thoughtful touches that made our stay feel uniquely special. V had arranged a delightful spread of personalized breakfast items upon request, featuring artisan breads, jams, butter, and even delicious chocolates and a cake waiting for us. We needed a big house for a reunion with old friends and this place was perfect- lots of bedrooms, lovely modern living spaces, a huge 15th century dining room and big gardens for kids to run around in. We were blessed with beautiful autumn weather too. Kitchen very modern with all the gadgets and we really appreciated the easy to use coffee machine I think we may buy one! Good instructions too for heating, appliances etc.

This is a convenient, secure, comfortable and clean flat. While the residential development is large and parking would have been difficult without the designated parking space, once indoors the flat is quiet with lovely views of the canal and bordering trees.

Gabriela’s flat was light and well-designed with nice views of the canal. Everything was straightforward and it was easy to feel at home. Would recommend.

We spent a week with our little children at the appartment and it was just perfect to explore London.

A stunning spacious flat in an ideal location within walking distance of the City and set in a beautiful neighbourhood in Angel with close access to shops and supermarkets. Alex is a very helpful and responsive host. The flat is quiet and peaceful and we really enjoyed the space. We would highly recommend.

Seun was an amazing host who was very polite and respectful. He had great communication and made sure we understood everything. The place was really lovely and spacious, great location too! Will definitely be visiting again in future👏🏾

Anthony and Samuel’s apartment is beautifully decorated, absolutely clean and a wonderful place to stay when you’re visiting London. We felt right at home. The bedroom is great, lots of sunlight during the day and with the blackout blinds and the curtains dark at night for a sound sleep. We didn’t make use of the kitchen, but it’s very well equipped and I’m sure it’s great to cook in it. We can absolutely recommend the place and would always stay again. Thanks a lot!

Deborah’s flat is stylish and comfortable, with loads of plants and an inspiring view of the canal and a distant downtown. Very convenient location, 2 minutes to overground, near loads of east side restaurants, bakeries, venues, and other amenities a short walk away. Fully stocked kitchen, great bathroom and shower, comfy couch, hideaway TV (I HAVE to build one of these!!), everything is well thought-out and has its place. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The description of the apartment and other reviews were very accurate. The apartment was clean and everything worked well. The location was fabulous with groceries and restaurants very close, easy to get Uber and the Bridge House Pub/ restaurant was only 2 doors down. The stairs are steep as other reviewers commented but there is also little to no landing at the top of the stairs so if you are traveling with elderly or very young kids, this might not be ideal for you. Also this unit doesn’t have a washer/dryer in unit but it’s downstairs on the ground floor-one set is described as for the cleaning people to use and the other set is described as dedicated exclusively for this unit but the cleaning people sometimes had items in both washers or both dryers so you have to plan accordingly.
