The Homestead, Town Farm

The Homestead is one of seventeen holiday cottages at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. The `Pick Your Own` opens in June and guests can take a picnic and stock up on fruit and vegetables - this is a five minute drive

The Swifts - Converted Stable Apartment

Set in a peaceful rural setting with beautiful views of Dunstable Downs, yet within easy reach of London (40 mins), Luton Airport (25mins), Milton Keynes (35mins) Whipsnade Safari Park (5 mins) and Harry Potter World 35 mins. There are countryside walks from our gate and we are in a secure gated, quiet location. The local pub is a 10 minute walk away by public footpath. There are local mini supermarkets 2 mins drive and Dunstable shops (10mins drive). (Well behaved dogs by arrangement.)

Set in beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, yet only minutes away from Hitchin Town Centre and Luton Airport we offer a relaxed and peaceful stay in our detached 17th century tithe barn. Four bedrooms, (a twin and three doubles) one double is ensuite, one family bathroom, two shower rooms and a separate toilet, indoor private pool, games room with full sized snooker table, large kitchen/diner and galleried lounge overlooking pool. N.B there is also a sofa bed and three fold up guest beds.

Perfect for walking, cycling, or Airport related stay . Luton Airport, Harpenden, Hitchin stations are all 15-20 minutes away with easy access to the airport and London. Typical taxi fare to Airport is £15-20. The Stables has two large bedrooms, large lounge and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings throughout make for an airy feel.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. NO PETS sorry! The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.
