It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

De werfkelder is een uniek plekje binnen de Singels in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. De werfkelder is de afgelopen jaren verbouwd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het Museumkwartier en de gezellige Twijnstraat zijn om de hoek, evenals een bioscoop, het Zocherpark en vele restaurants en terrasjes op en rondom het Ledig Erf. De hele dag varen bootjes voorbij, waardoor er altijd iets is te zien.
