The place offers a home base for holidaymakers and business travellers who wnat to stay in Utrecht for a few days to a few months. The 80m2 LOFT is for two people and offers the luxury and comfort of a hotel.

Cozy 1930s groundfloor apartment of 55 m2. with spacious patio. Living- and diningroom with slidingdoors. Small but cozy bedroom (bed 140x200 cm.) with an extra TV. When you book for three persons, I’ll install a foldingbed in the front room (diningroom). No parties, loud music, visitors or smoking inside. And sorry, I ONLY accept reservations from guests with at least three positive reviews from prior hosts. Please don’t make the reservation if you don’t have any. I will not accept it.

There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Light and spacious apartment (50 m2), in the heart of Utrecht. Admire the medieval orphanage gate from your bed. Or do you prefer a skyline of red roof tiles? The two rooms and central kitchen are separated by sliding doors, so you can make one big space of the apartment with windows on three sides and in the ceiling. Everything in walking distance: Central train station 10 minutes, Dom tower 6 , Oude Gracht 2, funshopping 4, cinema 2 and Miffy museum 10 min.

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, both at 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

De werfkelder is een uniek plekje binnen de Singels in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. De werfkelder is de afgelopen jaren verbouwd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het Museumkwartier en de gezellige Twijnstraat zijn om de hoek, evenals een bioscoop, het Zocherpark en vele restaurants en terrasjes op en rondom het Ledig Erf. De hele dag varen bootjes voorbij, waardoor er altijd iets is te zien.
