The Skinny House is located in the charming Cottage Home Neighborhood. It is downtown and within walking distance to Massachusetts Ave. home to many bars, restaurants and the newly completed Bottleworks District. The house got it's name because it truly is "skinny". Local legend has it that it is made up of two 1890s workers cottages stacked on top of one another. A careful restoration celebrates the history of this delightful city cottage.
