It is situated toward the rear of our property w/private parking and its own fenced patio. We are located 4 miles from Jacksonville where you can hear the sounds of the Britt Festival. Ashland, home of Oregon's Shakespeare Festival is 20 minutes away. Lakes, hiking trails, and rivers are all around for those looking for adventure.

The Cutie Little Loft

The Cutie Little Loft is a clean, stylish and centrally located new build. A comfortable bed, a full kitchen with brand new appliances, and extra special little touches, will make your stay easy and enjoyable. Whether your main destination is Medford, or perhaps you plan to visit nearby cities like historic Jacksonville or Ashland, the CLL is a great point of access for all. Roadside Treehouse

A treehouse that is located just two miles away from I-5 on exit 24. It’s by the roadside so expect cars passing by. Studio type. We only have WiFi extender from our barn so sometimes you can’t get a signal from the treehouse. We’re out in the countryside so there’s no street lights. It’s very dark at night. So if you come after dark please let me know ahead of time so I can tell how to get here specially if you come from I-5 south. The GPS will tell you to turn on our neighbor’s driveway.

Entire private house, large yard, washer/dryer, full kitchen, tiled shower, and upstairs with additional living space and bedroom. Close to Ashland, Jacksonville and Medford. Walking distance to the Phoodery, Clyde’s corner, and mini market. Space is not suitable for toddlers or elderly due to steep stairs leading to bedrooms.
