Cosy modern studio apartment

A relaxing, modern studio apartment right by a pedestrian bridge over the river Nisava. It is equipped with an 80's gramophone and records of many genres as well as a spacious balcony. The building is situated in a safe and quiet area, surrounded by family houses. Supermarkets LIDL and IDEA that work until 10 PM are just a 5-minute walk across the bridge, as well as the shopping center Delta Planet with a food court on the top floor. 20 minutes walk to the city center by foot following the river

Villa Boho

Cela kuca (dva nivoa) sa privatnim dvoristem i parking mestom u samom dvoristu. Na prvom spratu nalaze se dnevni boravak, kuhinja sa trpezarijom i kupatilo. Na drugom spratu su dve odvojene spavace sobe (jedna sa francuskim krevetom, druga dva single kreveta). Ispred ulaza kuce nalazi se prostor za uzivanje i odmor na otvorenom. Uzivacete u mirnom delu Nisa, nedaleko od centra grada i sportskog kompleksa i parka “Cair”. Dovedite celu porodicu u ovaj odlični smeštaj sa mnogo prostora za zabavu.

Apartment By The River is situated in the heart of the city.It offers you uninterrupted views of the river and the bridges over it. Fully renovated,this 70 squared meters-2 bedroom property cosyly furnished also provides central heating, tv,wifi, a parking space and a balcony to chill out on a hot summer's day. A short walk along the historic river bank, the Rectory and the old fortress would take you to the city's main sites brimming with shops, restaurants and bars.

Trident Apartments 2

Trident apartment is located in city center, one of the best areas, close by the river. Ancient fortress is just acros the Nisava river. Studio apartment is excellent for two persons. it's equipped with all necessary stuff even for longer stay. There are many shops, restaurants, coffee shops around. I don't have a parking nor can I provide you.

Smešten u samom centru. Besplatan parking u ulici. Na 100 metara od apartmana nalazi se prelep park Čair gde možete da uživate i lepo provedete dan. U samom komšiluku smešteno je dosta kafića i restorana sa širokom ponudom hrane i pića kao i velikih marketa. Stadion, hala sportova, bazen Čair su na samo 5 minuta hoda od apartmana .
