I will be definitely be back. *** Highly recommend downloading an offline map of the area….I do this when traveling sometimes but didn’t plan ahead for this trip. I had service and WiFi at the Airbnb but the majority of the island and surrounding area was hit or miss on reception.

Great accommodations and great location. Room was super clean and had all you need. Nice balcony to sit and look over the beach area, and within walking distance to everything. Only recommendation is to provide clearer instructions to using the key pad if you have a late check in. Would definitely stay there again!

Great little place in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself is beautiful. Looks like a dollhouse. The neighborhood is quaint. A step back in time. My only suggestion would be a couple of chairs for the cute little upstairs porch for stargazing.

This place is the cutest little place for a couples getaway. The house is very cozy and has everything you need. It was close to Main Street and lots of restaurants. We will for sure be back.

Highly Recommend! Found this gem last minute for a spontaneous weekend get away with hubby. Amazing views!! The place was just adorable and we felt so comfortable right from the greeting by Sonya; She was delightful. Dace was on top of everything, and patient with me being somewhat new to AirBnB. I have to admit, the elevator did make me feel ritzy for a weekend too, loved that! I know hotels have them but it’s different in a house & going up 4 floors! Oh, and no need to stop at the Welcome Center before check in. Sonya & Dace have everything you need in a binder right there on the table! Super helpful & saved us a stop. lol We will 100% stay here again!

Couple in our 50’s, & 8 yo grandson. Place was as described, 3 story condo. The great! Quiet private within walking or golf cart (rent from Cedar Key Adventures Dock St. recommended by hosts) skip the sketch guy outside condo area. There is a nice playground on way to Dock St action. Saw many porpoises and birds from the balconies. Clean bathroom. VERY nice remodeled kitchen Spices, Mr. Coffee, Keurig, mixer, new appliances all in a bright kitchen open to vaulted living on top floor. Main bedroom on top floor with decent king. Hear the waves! Need to know: The stairs are kinda steep, my husband’s knees were sad. Glad we did not bring our old corgi dog. The first night we went to Dock street area, was a fest going on. You needed to have a prepaid badge to get in most restaurants. Should have done our homework. Iffy internet/TV. Five stars for price and laid back Cedar Key. 4.5 in other more polished area of FL. Just have reasonable expectations and enjoy the breeze! Would return!

We loved the over the ocean place! The 2 balconies made me fall in love with this spot! Everything was so beautiful! Everything is within walking distance. They've done a beautiful job recovering from the hurricane. We kayaked the ocean for 2 days and there's even a spot to keep the kayaks down by the carport. When I come back to Cedar Key I'll definitely stay here again.

Ashley’s house was lovely! Great natural light. Cool bead board paneling. Very cool wood porch. The artist in me just loved it. The layout in interesting. I imagine it was added onto once or twice. There are two upstairs bedrooms. If you’re up in one bedroom you have to go downstairs and then back up another set of stairs to get to the other bedroom. The back porch really has a great view and we did watch the sunrise there most days. Cemetery Point Park was a nice walk. The beach there was pretty brackish though and we only swam in it once. The public beach was a short drive and we went there most days. It has a playground right on the beach which was AWESOME for our kids. We also got to see hundreds of horse shoe crabs on that beach. (Strange critters but harmless.) There are shells or something on the bottom that are easy to scrape your feet on. Also, if you walk out much deeper than your knees the bottom is squishy mud. Probably normal for beaches in this part of Florida.

Loved this place!!! We paddled to snorkel with manatees. Plan on returning!

Fantastic stay at Jason’s place. Peaceful deck with nice views. Our kids loved the kayaks and fishing poles. The whole place was super clean and well appointed with tons of little extras. Located close to a beach, marinas and restaurants.

Debra was great from the start. My dad was just out in a rehab from the hospital and my niece wanted to go see him. I contacted Debra and asked if I could pay but explained I wouldn’t be there it would be my niece. She was absolutely great about and even stopped by to make sure she was ok. I am screen shooting the rest because my niece wanted to write a review also. From my niece: It is a beautiful home in a safe neighborhood. The neighbors and host are very kind. It has all the amenities you could want, including dishes, cookware, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, shower supplies, towels, and laundry detergent. The appliances are very modern. I love the decor, it has a beautiful beach theme. It's in a great location near multiple grocery stores. I would absolutely come here again. Thank you Debra for working with us!!! 5 Stars all the way around for you!! I will be down visiting in a few months and will definitely be staying at your place!!

We had a wonderful time. There was eight of us four adults and four kids. The kids love the fact that they had their own place down stairs and the adults loved that we had our own space upstairs. Plenty of room for all of us. The pool was nice and always gave the kids something to do. We brought a boat it was very easy to put in and out. The boat ride to Crystal River was not far.

Fantastic stay at the quiet yet very well situated home. Clean, well appointed kitchen. Lovely outdoor patio. Comfortable common space. Worked well for our family of 6. Especially appreciated use of the kayaks from the back deck. Hosts were informative and responsive. Do note - I did not realize this though surely stated it in the listing - that the sunroom is accessed through the bathroom of the primary bedroom. Because of this, we gave that wing to the kids, which worked out great for us, I just didn’t catch that from the description. Would certainly stay here again!

Amazing place! It was a perfect location and having the river right out back was a dream. Kayaks were huge plus! Roy had everything we needed for an amazing stay and made it so easy!!

I highly recommend this property. We loved it and will return another time. Fortunately this property was not severely impacted by hurricane Helene. Other parts of Cedar Key are working to recover from the storm surge damage. The unit is within walking distance to everything in Cedar Key. Beautiful views, wonderful unit with everything labeled and great information available concerning the area. We highly recommend the airplane tour of the area available on weekends (or you can call and arrange). Very affordable and the pilot (Bill) is a wealth of knowledge

This was an amazing stay. The Cedar Key are was devasted from hurricane Helene, We were happy to be able to contribute to the local economy. Our accommodation was more than spectacular. The condo was clean and it has the most amazing view. It was peaceful and quiet and this was the best weekend we have had in a very long time. We will be back. 10 our of 10.

I recently stayed at Pelican Vacation Home in Cedar Key, and it was an incredible experience! The stunning views of the Gulf and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape. The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The large deck quickly became our favorite spot for watching the sunrise and sunset, all while enjoying the ocean breeze. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the comfortable bedrooms ensured a restful stay. The location was ideal—just a short walk to Cedar Key’s quaint shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet still offering plenty of peace and quiet. We also enjoyed kayaking and exploring the local wildlife. The owners were wonderful—responsive and helpful from start to finish, making our stay seamless. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home and stunning views, I highly recommend Pelican Vacation Home. We can't wait to visit again!

We loved Cedar Key. The town is working so hard to come back after the hurricane in the Fall of 2024. We’ve never vacationed at a place where people were so friendly. There’s a few restaurants that are open, welcoming and good. There’s seafood - crabs, oysters and shrimp, for sale on CK. It’s a terrific place to watch sea birds and the tides. We enjoyed kayaking to the surrounding islands. There are lots of fishing boat charters. We could walk all around town and did every day. The biggest downfall is the grocery store was destroyed during the hurricane. There are quite a few small towns within 1/2 hour to an hour drive. We planned activities in those areas and stopped at their grocery stores. Cedar Key is a great place to visit.

Lori’s place is a nice, quiet Airbnb set off a beautiful tributary off the Gulf. It’s clean and safe, which is my first priority. The kitchen is well stocked for home-cooked meals, and bathrooms have plenty of towels and hot water. Good restaurants are within walking distance. I would certainly stay here again.

Peaceful and scenic. Well-stocked kitchen and comfortable seating and bed. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Right down the road from the marina is a huge bonus! Hope to stay again.
