Spend your days swimming & your nights eating smores by 1 of the 2 fire pits (portable fire pit by house or fire ring on the beach) (complimentary fire wood provided). It is 25 minutes from downtown Omaha which includes the CHI event center, Charles Schwab baseball field and the Old Market and our housing development has an 18 hole golf course, club house and restaurant located just down the road from our house. I feel the BEST and most UNIQUE thing about our property is the deck that gives you an amazing view of the Platte river valley and amazing sunsets!!!

There is a bike path at the end of the driveway and only a 7 min drive to Eppley Airfield.

We are 20 to 25 minutes south of Omaha in a secluded area with lots of trees and wildlife. Please note, we are outside of the private community of Beaver Lake and staying with us does not include rights to the lake.
