New secluded beach front property with 4 ensuite studio queen rooms on the northwest side of Caye Caulker. Just 1 mile north of The Split by foot or bike, or a 5-10 min boat ride if you prefer to arrange direct transportation to the property! Located in a quiet residential area of the south island, min. from the village, close enough to be convenient but just far enough to be quiet and secluded . Three bicycles (free) and two hammocks as well as a charcoal BBQ. (you buy the charcoal) . The house has TV with cable and free Wi-Fi . Lots of fans to keep cool!

The Pool House apartment is located on one of the prettiest streets in Caye Caulker. The views overlook the beautiful gardens and the cool inviting pool. It is the only rental on the property in a very private and quiet neighborhood - only minutes (5) ride to town. There is a restaurant right across the way for breakfast and dinner. The property is on island electricity, but also has on-grid solar power and electric generator for backup. All Airbnb guests must be 25 years or older.

This wee cabin is bright & cool, located in a quiet residential area of Caye Caulker on our tree-filled property. Equipped with coffee/tea facilities, mini fridge, A/C, fan, hammock, WiFi, unlimited drinking water, Smart TV w/ Netflix logged-in, and best of all - BIKES included! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

This cute studio is in the village so close to everything. It has a full kitchen, AC, ocean view, Wi Fi, TV with Netflix and complimentary bikes and kayaks. The studio is the ground floor of 2 story house, so you must be an animal lover, as dogs and cats also use the yard and upstairs house.
