Located at the Center of Tagaytay inside a gated quiet subdivision. It is walking distance from Serin Ayala Mall .This is a 2 loft type rooms with max. capacity of 6 pax per room. Each room has its own kitchen with complete appliances( refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooker, rice cooker, utensils) and own toilet and bath. The bedroom is air conditioned with WI-FI and TV. Each unit has a balcony where you can enjoy al fresco dining and enjoy the cool restful climate of Tagaytay.

FAQ: The unit has 2 Carrier inverter ACs that keep the room cold regardless of time of day. NAIA T3 is 15min away via Skyway overpass; toll fee is a nominal P 153. Pls don't gamble with Manila's old-highway traffic and just take the Skyway. Hot water warms up immediately. In isolated cases where Maynilad utility water might stall a few hours, the room has its own big backup water tank. Note: I received a contradictory review recently. Water would not be a problem as it has its own water cistern and pump. House is almost complete for having the essentials you might need. Covered parking for small car or motorcycles is available too. Note: Steep stairs to access guest loft.
