I put a lot of love and effort into renovating and designing every detail to create a cozy, unique atmosphere. Cozy Studio Apartment #508 in Atrium, New Gudauri

A Studio apartment with balcony in Redco village in the premium block Atrium. In the building there is a restaurant and a bar, a spa center with swimming pool (not included in the booking price) and your personal 2 Ski-depots, where you can keep 4 pair of skies (included in the booking price). This block is unique because it has Ski-in and Ski-out. The building has it's own open-door free parking space. Several restaurants, cafes, and markets are available within walking distance (5-10 min).
