This was my second stay at this place and everything was amazing again! The flat was just as clean, cozy, and well-equipped as I remembered. It feels like a home away from home. Shalva, as always, continues to be a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommended !!!

Great place to stay in Yerevan

We stayed at the apartment with our 3 kids. The apartment is thoughtfully set up for families with games and a separate room for the kids. The apartment is nicely removed from the nightlife at the base of the ski slopes with curtains in the rooms to keep out the light. It’s still really easy to get to the lifts - just a 2-minute walk - and conveniently has 2 ski lockers for your gear. All the restaurants and the Spar are a stone’s throw away so you can eat out or in. Communication with the host was super easy and we were also suggested a car company for transfer from Tbilisi, which makes things easier with kids! We had a wonderful time at the apartment and will definitely return.

Evi kiraladıktan sonra Tamta ile iletişime geçtim. Sorularıma hızlı bir şekilde döndü ve çok yardımcı oldu. Eve giriş talimatları çok netti ve gerekli bütün bilgileri zaten verdi. Varışımız çok erkendi ve erken giriş için yardımcı oldu. Tiflis genel olarak eski yapılara sahip bir şehir. Evler de bu eski yapılar içerisinde. Tamta nın evine giriş yaptığınızda modern, güzel dizayn edilmiş, zevkle döşenmiş bir eve giriyorsunuz. Her şey düşünülmüş. Ayrıca yatak ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Kapının hemen yanına şemsiye asılmış. Yağmurlu günler için kurtarıcı. Ev tertemizdi. Evde bir adet pencere var. Giriş katı olmasına rağmen biz pencereyi açtık. Rahatsız olmadık. Sadece, ev giriş katı olduğu için üst kattaki ayak seslerini nadir de olsa duyduk. Ama zaten biz bunu bilerek gitmiştik. Bu sebeple bizim için sorun olmadı. Özgürlük meydanına 3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Ev çok güzel bir sokakta. Her yere yakın. Evin hemen yanında manav,marketler, cafeler var. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Nikoloz and his father were very welcoming and their unit made me feel at home. They were very responsive with any questions I had. Very nice hosts. The studio loft was quite interesting and it's pretty quiet when the windows are closed. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Fridge, washing machine, hot stove, silverware, cooking utensils and pots are provided. Bathroom towels, toilet paper and soap are also provided. The bed is big and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The outdoor patio is also spacious and there's a good view of the city. Looks really nice at night. Due to the sloping roof and ceiling, the shower stall will be quite small for taller people. It would've been nice to have shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice to put in. Definitely recommend Nikoloz' studio loft to anyone. Would stay here again if I return to Tbilisi in the future.

Gocha was so friendly and responsive. He made us feel like family members coming to stay. The room is well-equipped with a proper kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, TV unit, and a sofa in the living room. The property is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. 1) The stay is within walking distance of the bus stop. 2) Supermarkets are located within 500 meters. 3) There are many street food options and restaurants nearby. 4)The lake behind the flat is quite enjoyable in the early mornings and evenings.

Sandronun evinin konumu hakkında zaten diyecek hiç bir şey yok mükemmel. Tiflisin tam merkezindesiniz üstelik buna rağmen dışarıdan hiç gürültü gelmiyor inanılmaz bir ev. Ayrıca Biz Sandronun dost canlısı bir insan olduğunu düşünüp Sandroya da 2. Gün bize takılmasını teklif ettik ve birlikte gerçekten çok kaliteli vakit geçirdik. Bu airbnb bir harika dostum.

The apartment was in excellent condition clean, spacious and in a great location George is a helpful host for anything we needed it would get looked after straight away

I was living there for 4 months. It was perfect. One problem - if electricity was turned off (for the district - it happened sometime), you need to restart the hot water heater (which wasn't available from my part of the flat) But the owner knows about that (gets an SMS notification from the electricity company) and came after that to do it, even if I can't. So, as a result, it wasn't a big problem. PS When I rented a second part of the flat, I did it myself. PPS, it was one of the best flats I've lived in. And the full-wall window perspective from the bedroom was amazing!

Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber. Preis/Leistung Verhältnis ist top für die Lage. Alles nötige ist zu erreichbar. Sonst ist das Appartement definitiv zu empfehlen.

It's much better than it looks on the picture. This is a best place at this price. I could stay here for a month comfortably with a large space for one person. Sunshine with a great view of the cathedral is beautiful. And its location is near from tourist spots, restaurants, supermarkets and metro. Above all, I wanna stay here again due to the very friendly and kind host.

A beautiful and cozy apartment in a great location of Tbilisi - good views, right in the heart of the old town and close to everything you would need. If you are looking for a place to be able to get everywhere easily - this is an amazing pick. The apartment is spacious and you feel right at home. The old architecture and courtyards around make it so much better. Tamar is also an extremely hospitable and communicative host. If you need recommendations for restaurants or are looking for something more specific - she is always willing to help. Definitely recommend the place for everyone coming to Tbilisi!

We had a wonderful stay at Marlen’s place! He is an exceptional host and even kindly offered to pick us up from the airport. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, featuring a spacious balcony that wraps around from the kitchen, around the living room, and all the way to the bedroom. Upon entering, we were delighted to find the apartment spotlessly clean and fully equipped. As we enjoy cooking, we appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed—well-organized, clean, and in great working condition. The location is in a quiet residential area, with several small grocery stores and one large supermarket all within walking distance. Fitness enthusiasts will also love that there are three gyms nearby, including one just across the street. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This is a nice and comfy place in a great location. Might be a better match for touristy folk over work&travel, since you only get one window and it is somewhat dark during the day.

Beautifully spacious apartment in prime central Tbilisi, steps away from the Philharmonie and surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, and metro access. Check-in was smooth and included a thoughtful neighborhood tour. The famous Natia's bakery is just 50m away, serving delicious khachapuri until late. Perfect for long-term stays. I visited in winter - like most Tbilisi apartments, the electric heating requires some patience to warm up the space, but this is typical for the city. For the best experience, consider visiting in spring or summer when the city truly shines.

A wonderful small flat perfect for me for a month. The furniture is old and beautiful, and the kitchen and bathroom very functional and well equipped. It is an old building overlooking a traditional Tbilisi courtyard, and the elderly neighbour right next-door is very friendly and helpful. The chilly nights were not a problem for me because the central heating works very well, including in the bathroom. Close by is a wonderful small bakery, and Rustaveli Avenue is two minutes down the hill. All in all, a great place to base yourself in Tbilisi! The only issue that some visitors might have are the steep steps leading up to the apartment, and that there is not much natural light after the late morning (although this might be a blessing in the hot summers).

Really lovely apartment, in a great and central location. Highly recommend!
