The studio apartment was great with a huge bathroom. However, the highlight was Seb, the guy in charge at the front desk. He’s direct, a clear communicator, attentive to all my needs and makes the best cappuccino I’ve had so far in HCMC D7. Thank you so much for making my stay that much better.

The apartment is spacious and very plain and simple with no decoration but is everything you need for a short stay. Great to have the swimming pool across the street (but still in the complex). And rhe security and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in District 2.

I had an incredibly comfortable stay throughout my trip. The bed was extremely cozy, and I appreciated that the towels were changed halfway through. The refrigerator was a highlight—it was a large LG premium double-door model, which was perfect since I only bought milk, yogurt, fruit, and cake to eat and didn’t cook at all; having that extra space was so convenient. The location was ideal: right next door were a Starbucks and a Tous Les Jours bakery, and in the same building as the accommodation was a supermarket. Within walking distance I found a Vietnamese eatery and three Korean restaurants, and the Landmark shopping mall was less than a 10-minute walk away, so I went there often. Every morning I jogged in the park just behind the building—it was spotless, very spacious, and filled with locals exercising day and night, which made it even more enjoyable. It was my first time visiting Vietnam, and I found everything to be safe, clean, and a truly wonderful experience.

le studio est remarquable, c'est l'un des studio le plus spacieux, par rapport à la photo , il est très grand, Victor est toujours présent et très réactif en cas de besoin. I love the location. Close to everything but not super noisy area. Host was very helpful with our early check in , and when you are traveling with big group we very much appreciate it. Clean and organized. Recommended!

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

The host has put much thought into making the space comfortable. The air conditioning and washer works exceptionally well. The bed was comfortable and lighting was apt in both the living area and the bathroom. Ms Hang was very attentive and professional when communicating with us. Because our stay was longer, Ms Hang helped arrange for cleaning which was super. We encountered the cleaning team and they were friendly as well.

사진과 동일. 베트남에서 이용한 에어비엔비중 가장 가성비 있는 방이였습니다. 1군이라 위치도 좋고 길 앞도 조용한 편이였습니다. 단점을 꼽자고 하면 앞에 뷰가 공사장인데 공사는 안해서 시끄럽지는 않습니다. 다시 호치민을 방문한다면 재방문 의사가 있습니다.

Anh’s place was fantastic! Felt like living like a local. It was great to be close to everything but name to go home to the quiet.

I came to this apartment 2 times. Everything was perfect! The apartments and its facilities are heavenly, is really comfy. Plus, amazing owner!!! Oanh was super nice and always available for questions and help. He is a very responsive and hospitable person🫶🏽 we had a late flight and he was very kind and allowed a late check-out. Our stay was a great experience. Would definitely recommend it to everyone who's planning for a trip to Hồ Chí Minh.

We had such a wonderful stay at Betty’s Airbnb! The apartment was not only beautifully decorated but also spotless, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches well suited to couples. The location was perfect—close to great cafes, local attractions, and easy to get around from.
