We are located 1 block from Wittenberg University and walkable to downtown Springfield, Veteran's Park Amphitheater and some of Springfield's favorite restaurants and bars. Whether you are traveling alone or with family you will be able to relax in style. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all of the modern amenities. The first floor bathroom features a stackable washer and dryer. Outside you can enjoy our patio, BBQ and fully fenced yard.

Cap City Cozy

Cap City Cozy is an ideal central location with easy interstate access, featuring 3 comfy bedrooms that sleep 6; plus a pack-n-play for an infant. There is a comfortable living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The home features mixed media art. A dedicated office space has LED lit desk for that perfect working vibe. The backyard has a lit deck space for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee. With the privacy of the outdoor space, you just might forget how close you are to downtown.

The Lavender House in Yellow Springs

The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, a full bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here.
