Guests can walk just 2-blocks to the entrance of "The Rock Park" and climb the "castle rock". Downtown Castle Rock is just a 2-3 minute drive. The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.

Kitchenette/wet bar, full size fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee makers (keurig and drip), electric skillet and gas grill outside on the patio and a fire pit with chairs at a table. Full size pool table. Laundry available, dedicated parking. You don't have to share the space with anyone, it's all yours. A pickle ball court . 4/20 friendly. Is not a good fit for children under five.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.
